Can someone upload the APK for the Motorola message hub application? I've been trying to get GoSMS working with group messaging and I've had no luck whatsoever.
Alternatively, can someone upload a version of the stock messaging app with built-in group messaging functionality? jakeday's JellyBelly ROM has had this since about version 9.0 or so (I think) and I'd love to be able to use this on AOKP.

I am back to TW ROM's for my Note 2, mainly for the insanely great battery life ( 8h On Screen time ), and working Bluetooth audio, and S-Pen Widgets/Apps.
Anyways, I have tried some of the AOSP Messaging Text apps for TW ROM's, and they all seem to have an issue or three ? Three issues seem to be present in some or all of them;
- No Group Messaging
- No Quick Reply
- Sending Pictures force closes, or just don't send at all.
Is there an AOSP Text app, with all of the above working for TW ROM's ? I blame Samsung for not including two very important features, that should have been included in Tocuhwiz 5.0. Why didn't they include Group messaging and Quick reply as a standard stock feature on the Note 2 ? Do we have to wait for a port of Touchwiz 6.0 from the upcoming Galaxy S IV ?
I guess CM10.1 is my only option, for Group texting, and Quick reply, both fully working.
Sucks those don't work on Touchwiz ROM's.

Never played with the stock Touchwiz Text app, does it do Group messaging by default ? If not has there been a revised one, with that enabled ?
My Brothers making fun of me now, we Group text a lot, as I also do with some good buddies. Half of the group have the iPhone5, the other half have the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus-S. All of them can Group text to each other, as could I when running a CM10.1 ROM.
Just blows, Samsung left this feature out in their Messaging App. And I like to run stock apps, the third party ones have issues, like Handcent and Go SMS, etc...And most my buddies don't want to install Whatsapp
hey guys i downloaded this rom yesterday called "liquid smooth" and the messaging on there was really nice i was able to group txt with iphone users and also i had emojis!
today i decided to install another rom its called illusion and this doesnt have the same sms ?? is there an apk file or anything like a mod for the updated sms as in liquid smooth?? i want the one where you can group txt with iphones and also all the emojis it had?

Liquid smooth is no longer supported as mikeramsay has moved onto liquid smooth. You can try to pull the mms .apk from liquid smooth and side load it but it may be more than just the apk.

So I need some help with hangouts, for some reason that I can't figure out hangouts group messaging is working on some ROMs but not others. I flashed vanilla unicorn 4.4 and hangouts worked fine but now I have carbon 4.4 and hangouts works for SMS and regular MMS but has no option in settings to turn on group messaging and won't handle group messaging. I don't know a whole lot about ROMs so I don't know what exactly to look for to figure this out. Does anyone else have this issue? Someone on another thread said to check the build.prop on both to see if there are some differences. I'm wondering if it is a similar issue to the nexus 5's where its not recognizing the number for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.

I cannot send a voice message in Facebook Messenger using the latest Official MIUI 5 build 50.
Does anybody had a workaround for this? Does it occur also in non-MIUI roms for RedMI1s or its just the MIUI rom only. If I ever found a fix for this, I will post it here also.

I have a rooted Nokia X2, and somehow the stock Messaging app (MMS.apk) has gone missing from my phone. I am unable to send/receive text messages on my mobile :crying:
Can someone help me here by providing the stock messaging app apk installer?
