Not by default and no longer in Play Store - there is a way though if you can find a clean, safe apk file (I used an apk file from an ice cream sandwich phone)

Use this: www.kasha-malaga.es/1.apk

You can actually download the .apk on the adobe site, as desribed in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1954255

Thanks. I download and installed adobe flash player as of 24oct 2012.
It works!

you know why it worked for some?
the reason why the Music Hub works for some is because they install the Google Wallet Fix. since part of the fix is changing the Model, Device and Name in the Build.prop to the Galaxy Nexus this causes to auto update Music Hub and Media Hub from Google Play. you need to be rooted to get these to work.

That's how my Music Hub and Media Hub updated. once I revert back the Build.Prop and browse for the app in Google Play it will say "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Here's how I enabled mine just now:
Must Have ROOT!
1. Download device spoofer (paid app) from Play Store
2. Open device spoofer, after database updates backup your current device info.
3. Scroll through device list and select Galaxy Nexus
4. Reboot
You should now have 2 updates available in the Play Store, one for media hub and one for music hub.
Have Fun!

Right before you set device spoofer to galaxy nexus and reboot go in and wipe data for music hub. See if that makes a difference for you.

YouTube & Boot

1. Why is it that when I start watching a video in landscape/full screen there is no playback on youtube?
2. I installed the TW Launcher on my phone by Linq'z and now my boot takes up to a minute on the tmobile galaxy s4 screen. The Google boot is good, its just that initial one that takes too long

You install Adobe Flash Player? The link is at the bottom of the VirginROM OP.

The app is the problem, I can watch and playback perfect in portrait mode. But in landscape it looks like the size is zoomed so I can only pause and no playback. BTW I did install the flash player

I tried to download from playstore but it says " your device is not compatible with this version". I tried installing the apk that someone posted on here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2677686 too.

If you read the thread you can see that the apps only work when you have TouchWiz, Cyanogenmod doesn't have TouchWiz!

Download the apk from adobe's site. It is an old version but will work. Then sideload the app.

I actually got it to work, it was as simple as jetpack being enabled in the settings, thanks though.

Can anyone provide the link with working app please, as i have tried many version

I have used Dolphin browser. Look here for info.
Go to the page http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html and scroll down to the android 4.0 versions. The last update was for ics. That works on kitkat for me. Be aware of security issues since there are no updates.
Hope it helps.
