[Q] Remove sound from game or ETC on default music player

Hi everyone! I want ask a question. Like the title say, is that possible to remove the sound from game or ETC on the default music player?

Yes,
Make new file in notepad and dont give and exstension on it, name that file ".nomedia" without ""...
Move that file in game directory
which you don't want to apper in media

Hi guys, I would like to know which is the best app to download Mp3 songs?

No offense, I only know apps from China. But maybe you can give it a try. The name is 酷我音乐盒 and 酷狗。You can copy and paste in google play. Inside also have English song.

i only found the 1st name but i couldnt find the second one

if you can find the songs @ Youtube you can use "tubemusic" (search for this at play store). it downloads the music from youtube.

[TubeMate] HD Video Downloader

Hi guys....actually wanted to share an app with those who are new to android and want hd videos from youtube straight into their phone...well its very simple and easy...as play store has removed this app (as far as i know)...you can simply get it from here:

This app has options of downloading youtube videos at different sizes and qualities...also it can save videos as mp3....!!
Note: There is also a similar app to Tubemate...called Tubegod...so if u dont find Tubemate...Tubegod is also a good option...

And will you please elaborate what format and kind of videos you want to download from which sites...because some sites have auto download facility of their videos...

Been using this tubemate from 4 shared since i had my first android HTC Wildfire S...and no problems so far...plus...the app updates itself as the update arrives...no need to install newer versions again and again...

Any other apps that do this besides these two?

The mp3 output from this app is not recognised by my DLNA Samsung TV as a valid file (tried through Allshare, iMediaShare and Skifta), it has to be re-encoded again to mp3 by MediaConverter to work.

Well...when you download video as mp3....the app says that it will only save that video as mp3 file...not a whole mp3 format...

Usually, I download the highest-quality .mp4 file, then use the freeware "Yamb" to extract the audio file into an .m4a file. Very fast, since no re-encoding is performed.
If there are no high-quality .mp4 file, I'll download the highest-quality .flv and use "FLVextract" to extract the audio portion, which will usually be an .mp3 file. Sometimes, I get an .aac file, which I must "rewrap" into .m4a using Yamb.

I appreciate what you are saying, but it seems kinda pointless to save anything other than the audio as a proper mp3 file when this option is chosen, otherwise I might as well just grab the whole video

Real Racing and NFS MW

OK, I'm on stock 4.1.2 and these 2 games aren't compatible. I've purchased NFS already from another device. Is there any build.prop mod I can do to get them back in my play store? I miss my 2 racers.

I'm here to tell you that the game works perfectly on our phone, its just not supported in the appstore. If you have downloaded it, go to you're "Product" that has the game, back it up and side load and install on your phone..
In short, side load the app legally and you'll be good!:good:

Try backing up only the APK for NFS MW then installing it on your E4GT. Don't try to transfer the downloaded packages, let me know what works!

Trying to back up NFS apk using es file explorer on my nexus 7 and it says 'backup succesful' but its not in my backup folder with my other apps. Its like its invisible.

Here go into data/apps/ and find the NFS MW and try to copy it into your sd card. Or since i have it too just pm me and I can message you my version

for me (on my Galaxy Nexus *wrong device i know, just read*) i had to put my com.ea.games.nfs13_na folder in /sdcard/Android/data to get the game working right when it failed to show up in the Play Store

I actually flashed AOKP and then the games showed up in the playstore. I downloaded and made a TB and reflashed GB27 and restored the apps and they run perfectly. Bit of a hassle though IMO

can't play music

I'm using the stock rom and I can't play my music .. My lg with cm7.2 can play the same file but my note keep saying that the player (and I tried like 4) dosent support the file what can I do ? Ty helpers..

VLC player maybe? can you play videos and all? as in is it only MP3 or WMA files that are affected?

Clear music player data including music storage in settings reboot then install

So even after a media refresh nothing happens? Usually the issue is caused by files that have been moved to another lacation and you havent's refreshed

i didnt tried media reflash still.. i want the use it only if there isnt other sulotiopn .. im still on the stock rom
