Hi
My display has a tint. It is somewhat yellowish in the bottom and blue in the top of the screen. Does anybody have the same issue ? Is it normal to have this tint with an IPS display ? I can see it the most on white and grey background. I attached a photo of my screen but the camera emphasized the problem. It is not that bad but is definately there.
I am seeing faint vertical lines on the screen when the background is light like gray or facebook app's blue color. Those are not visible in the dark background. I have checked with apps for checking dead pixels i.e different backgrounds and brightness levels. But the problem is seen only for specific light backgrounds. This was present from the time of buying but only recently it caught my attention. Could this be due to a faulty display? Anyone else faces the same issue?
Hi everyone.
I managed somehow to see very, very transparent masking region on notification line. Straight rectangle just under the camera cutout. It is visible everywhere in UI but it is hardly noticeable. Even in full screen YouTube videos.
Can someone confirm is this some kind of UI masking region? I hope it is not screen burn-in problem.?
I managed to take a picture of screen in dark room with dark green wallpaper in full screen mode and brightness all the way to maximum, and it is clearly visible.
(Photo is edited so notification region can be seen.)
Dark green wallpaper and photo on a link below.

Thanks for answer in advance.
Yes, it is like a mask were the status bar is, it looks bad, when in the apps, it looks darker
I really don't know what I did, but fiddling with ui tuner, nova settings and I cant recall what else, the dark mask in the upper part is gone!
Anyone found a non uniform dark gray colour when night mode turned on ?
