Ok, first up! Me and my Optimus One team has actually created a ROM with this theme but its up to u though... Btw, THE THEME! We have two set of ICS Theme:
1 is the original sleek and sick look by sonnysekhon (resized by boykioy)
2nd is the sleek but too many on his own by AChep...

NEXT!!!! The Launcher!
Launcher you will have two ways! The Stock look or a Clone look...
The Stock look will be a very nicely themed ICS by kovdev but you will need Go Launcher or ADW Launcher but it depends which one you prefer....
The Clone look will be the Clone look-a-like feeling + the multitouch button which is been introduced from Galaxy Nexus and the app is by IntelSoftApps

[ROM][ICS][AOSP]Elite Forziere Touch[Touchwiz 4.0][4.0.4]

This Rom TouchWiz ICS 4.0.4 is a personalization of Rom AOSP NEXUS S/4g Elite V6 (the best one)
Giving ICS Some TouchWiz
AOSP is working as on Touchwiz as on Apex launcher

How To Install :
If You Are On Any ICS Rom :
1.Put rom on sdcard
2.enter recovery and wipe data and cache

If you are on gingerbread Rom

3.enter recovery and wipe everything
4.Flash by installing zip from sdcard

this rom is same like AOMP(is been locked by the moderator)...
you just take a base rom and put the TW4.
maybe you should at least make something different from another ICS rom.
if the best part for this rom only TW4 than is has no attractive side because we can download TW4 by pawill here and flash it with any ICS rom...

If you read on the top of the tread you can see that this rom is a personalization of the AOSP rom Nexus Elite 6..(with a lot of different icons and animations nothing else.!! Next time i'll insert the tw inside that if you are not able to do that i'll do it!

NEW UI of Lewa ROM (12.03.30)

Now available for update new version of Lewa ROM.
First looks very beautifull for Gingerbread.
I think this is the best new ui of any Roms.

Download the ROM.. Put it in SD card.. Wipe data,cache and dalvik.. Flash.. Done !!

yeah_ you're right. I use meizu themes as launcher.

You can't, the modifications are stored in the framework and other places around the system. You can't just have the theme.

u need to copy some strings to other string values
and tgen translate

[Theme] MIUI Stormtrooper v2.0 with 14 Toogles Notification buttons

That's an "update" of the oktavianno's MIUI Stormtrooper 1.0 for COW Bionic ROM.
I tried to include the 14 toogle buttons in this theme.
I'm not a dev, just a customization fan.
