Download goomanager from the play store and flash twrp from there. No CWM yet
unroot
You can also unroot via Odin .. follow these steps configured by Max from www,galaxynote2root.com http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0U3x9f_0qLM
Help! Unroot isn't working!
I have been trying for some time now to unroot my galaxy note 2. I downloaded Paranoid android 3+ but it didn't transfer my apps or contacts and doesn't have an app store. I downloaded Odin V3.07 and have tried numerous different stock firmware files. In Odin the ID:COM's color is bluish/green. Odin gets stuck at Set up connection and get pit for mapping. I have tried different USB ports and other cables. My phone is in download mode. Any advice would help greatly!

I have searched the forums and web regarding unrooting my S3. The problem is that everything I'm finding is using Odin which requires a USB connection. The reason I want to unroot my phone is because I need to claim a warranty repair because I can't charge my batter with my phone because the usb port doesn't work. I know for sure it is the phone as I can charge the battery if I put it in another S3. I've tried 2 different charging cables and both of them will charge other phones when connected. I can't get the usb to connect to the computer either.
Here is what I have done:
1. TWRP is installed as the recovery.
2. SuperSU is installed through goomanager.
NO ROM's have been installed. It is the stock ROM. All I did was Unlock it and install TWRP followed by installing goomanager/SuperSU. I used the ChainFire solution to get it working.
Can someone please point me to do this with a guid NOT using USB. I figure there must be a way using the micro SD card or something. I mean, it should be just a matter of installing the software to reset the counter, then delete SuperSU and then replace the recovery image with the stock recover image. I would image that TWRP has that ability built it, doesn't it?

Get a copy of mobile Odin. Flash stock ROM without root.
Same results as flashing with normal Odin without needing USB.

Is flashing the rom the only way to unroot? Even if I didn't flash a rom to root it?

- Your best option would be to use triangle away (found searching the fourms)
- Then go to sammobile.com and get the stock ROM you want to flash with odin
- Flash that then do a factory reset in stock recovery
Will flashing the stock rom remove TWRP?

Yes
Just went to sammobile. Which rom should I download? I have a Fido phone and only Roger's, Bell, KDO, Sasktel and Unknown are there.

Whichever Fido is affiliated with. I think it's Rogers? Could be wrong though.
The Canadian variants latest release is dlk4. Sammobile also has a "Canada" option that is the 4.1.1 dlk4 release located on the page.
There are 5 or so that have DLK4. The Canada one without the carrier listed, when you download it says KDO which I would assume stands for Koodo. I downloaded the Roger's one because Fido is owned by Rogers.
However, is there going to be any branding of Rogers on the phone that Fido will send it back and say it is not covered under warranty?
Also... I installed Triangle Away and reset the counter. It now says "Samsung Official" in the download screen.
Is Mobile Odin and Mobile Odin Pro the same thing?
Is there a guide to follow on how to use Mobile Odin? Also, how much battery do I need. I keep having to get other people to charge my batter for me. It is currently down to 39%. The Mobile Odin Pro app says that you can copy the ROM onto the internal SD card. Is this accurate? I can't afford to make a mistake on this because I won't be able to connect by USB to fix any problems. If it bricks, I'm done.
so I rooted my galaxy note 2 from Sprint with Odin and it said that it was rooted but the superuser would never work so I did a factory reset to make sure that wasn't the problem and it just got stuck on boot loader on the Samsung icon and it never turns on I tried installing the stock firmware for the Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with Odin and every time I got to S.boot it says fail my phone has been stuck like this for about a week now and I have not found anything to fix it I found a thread saying to install an alternate stock firmware without the s.boot file but it was only for Verizon phones I have not found one for the Sprint any help would be highly appreciated

What file were you using?
Without more info I would suggest using odin and flashing a recovery then flashing mc2 stock with counter reset. Dont remember exactly who made it at this moment but scan through development section and you will find it.

It's failing at sboot because you're trying to downgrade on a secured bootloader. You can't downgrade. You can only use the latest stock firmware.
This is the stock 4.3 image for use in Odin http://www.mediafire.com/download/7viivd985s7cp8l/L900VPUBMK4_L900SPTBMK4_HOME.tar.zip
To get into download mode use vol down, home, power. You'll need Odin 3.07 or 3.09. Put this in the PDA or AP tab. DO NOT MESS WITH ANYTHING ELSE IN ODIN.

I know exactly what you need to do, go download this and flash with odin, then flash a custom recovery and flash MC back to stock unrooted

If you have custom recovery, you could have tried HERE, or were you trying to return to complete stock?

Yeah, your son. We believe you.
If Odin doesn't read your phone you're doing something wrong or don't have correct USB drives installed.
You need to be in download mode for Odin not recovery. You also need to install drivers or install Kies (but do not have it running while Odin is running).
There is plenty of guides on how to use Odin.
I am trying to unroot and restore stock ROM so that I can sell my Note 2014 10.1.
I am using ODIN 3.09 and P600UEUCNK1_P600XARCNK1_HOME.tar.md5
ODIN keeps giving me a FAIL. Looks like "Cant Open Serial Port". I have attached a screen shot from ODIN.
Any ideas as to what I can do here?
Thanks
You need to extract the zip file, and edit .md5 off the end, leaving a .tar file to flash. Make sure you unroot via superuser, then factory reset, then download mode.....Will take 7-9 minutes. Wait for reboot, and removed to show in ODIN. Just did this myself, and device shows official, and recovery is stock, without even the Knox splash showing recovery bit! Easy breezy. I flashed on top of 4.4.4 bootloader the 4.4.2 .tar, and let it update OTA. T-Mobile P607-T Gluck!
Worked like a charm my friend...Thanks so much

I followed these steps. Flashed same tar file, and successful install. Although i cant update software because says my version has been modified. Anyway to still get updates and be totally stock?
Flash updates from Kies instead OTA is never going to work again.

Please could anyone had the steps ... the same issue is faced with Note 10.1 Gt-8000
I' m using N8000XXUDNF2_N8000OJVDNF3_N8000XXUDNF1_HOME.tar with ODIN 3.07 which is detecting the com 3 or com 6 with it, and failing always and the device is stopped at either ODIN MODE if I used the volume down plus power or at Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies and try again... it would never enter to the recovery mode or Bootloader, please advise... thanks in advanced.
