Unzip and put file into PDA in ODIN and flash away! If you need ODIN, it is attached below.
*WARNING* DO NOT CHECK RE-PARTITION OR ANYTHING ELSE. ONLY AUTO-REBOOT AND F. RESET TIMER SHOULD BE CHECKED.
If you need more information about this file and what it is/what to do with it, read the stickies at the top of this forum to learn more about ODIN and what it is used for. This file is provided mostly for people who like me who prefer to odin a stock rom and tweak it themselves. It will also prove INVALUABLE from here on out for when you need to unroot your phone (send into t-mobile/samsung, just want it un-rooted).
IF YOU WANT ROOT:
I also attached the latest superuser and CWM recovery for those who want to root.
Put the recovery.tar in the pda slot and flash for CWM recovery.
Then install the attached superuser inside CWM recovery to have full root!
FYI: It's a known issue that superuser usually does not "stick" on the first try. This is with ANY ROM for our phones. Just keep flashing it (usually 2 to 3 times)until it says installation complete.
THIS WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR DOWNLOAD/FLASH COUNTER (+)

Will be factory fresh. Will be like any other stock rom, not rooted. Root it via odin like we have always done for all of our roms. I think it's best to just leave completely intact so we always have an option to get our phones back to 100% factory. The CW flashable zips and rooted custom roms are on their way.

An odin file is just that: an odin file. No offense if you knew what an ODIN file was you wouldn't be asking.
Whenever the upload finishes in 15 minutes or so, i will make a short description to go with it.

Trying to get an answer, I am on [ROM][ICS 4.0.4]x :ARKSIDE.UCLE2:: x[BETA07.1][6.04.2012] right now, with this fine community getting ready to drop this without having to use Kies, I keep hearing about UVLDE firmware and needing to flash before flashing the new one TMobile just released (ICS). If I am already on ICS do I still need to flash UVLDE? thanks for the guidance O'h wise ones

Flash this via Odin only if you want an UN-rooted TMO ics. Wait for zipped ones as they will be rooted.

Stock ics zip?

Does anyone know of a stock ics zip that I can grab? I left my laptop at school so I can't use Odin to flash back.. I want it exactly like it was when I first got it from the store (root would be nice but I can go without it for a few days.) I also don't want to format my sd card. If nothing else it would be amazing if one of you users whose phone is a flash virgin could compile and upload a zip to your phone would do that. Help is very much appreciated.

how to go back to stock???

i bought my phone on 9-21-12... how do i go back to complete stock and have that same firmware? i forgot to nandroid before flashing a rom and i want to go back. can someone give me a hand?

no, once u downlaod the odin file, thats just the first step, u still need to download the modem
best method ive found to be is to download the modem for ure smartphone and then odin back to stock, but before u do odin back to stock, i recommend getting the triangle away which removes ure custom count flash so then if u do return it back to the store they wont know. which is explained on the second post.
just follow the instructions which guy posted ontop with the link to odin back to stock, it shows u on the video how to return back to stock.

Ive actually simplified this and am in the process of uploading this file to the site. Full stock with LI3 OTA based on the one in the dev section, but will also flash: Stock Recovery, LI3 Modem, and no root access. System will show as normal as this is totally unmodified stock. [Q] Downgrade from lk8 back to LJC

I upgraded to LK8 and want to go back to LJC because of all the different types of roms LJC has. Is there a proper way to do this or the same way to restore through odin? Anything I should worry about? Thanks in advance.

Never mind, I figured it out. If anyone is curious, just use odin factory restore if you want to downgrade.

I did get the errors but I just flashed the garwynn_evilkoncepts_LJC_carrier_restore.zip and all is well. However my phone was re-rooted when I flashed that zip.

The zip is in this op link but with that particular method (according to the op) of going back to LJC, it's no longer needed.

hey guys anyone have a mirror for this i googled for some but they all 404'd the one hosted by shabbypenguin wont work for me for some reason i had to use another one but its not up anymore. Any links would be greatly appreciated thanks
i need the Stock_FH05 tar for the sprint samsung galaxy nexus or any stock tar i could flash with odin to fix a soft brick thanks again guys

Download the stock factory image from the Android development page and use the instructions in that thread.

Just bear in mind they were instructions for the Nexus 4 but should work just fine for you.

You don't use Odin to flash a factory image, you do it manually.
You can use Odin to flash a stock image, but you said that Shabby's didn't work for you so that leaves a factory image.

hmm i can only get into odin mode from my gnexus its currently bricked thats why i was looking for a mirror from shabbies i dont think i was clear enough its an actual problem from shabbies file not on my part hence me needing a mirror sorry for the confusion

Any reason why you want FH05 over GA02? I'd just try downloading the GA02 since it's newer and see if it works for you then.

You use the zip and 2 radio images. Odin isn't restricted to .tar only.

i thought so i went ahead and tried it earlier and my gnexus is up and running again now on too the galaxy s3 -_- thanks again for your help
