Download AAHK (advance hack kit) it does magic. By the way glevitan i cant find ur signature using xda app so for people using xda app its hard to follow ur signature whn u cant c it.

Guys i Have and Indian Htc One V I downloaded both of these file for Primu

RUU_PRIMO_U_ICS_40A_hTC_Asia_India_2.09.720.1_Radi o_20.72.30.0833U_3831.17.00.18_M_release_264251_si gned.exe
both of these didn't work for me one gave error {151} the other gave error{155}
Now ia downloading this one

[Q] HTC One X Rooting

Hello xda,
What I'm trying to do is Root my HTC One X so I can use nfc to unlock my phone. The problem is that it doesn't me root it.
I have unlocked the bootloader and when i try running the root file from onxr.zip which I downloaded from xda it comes up with this message which I have attached.
I have tried running the file from the bootloader and with the phone being normally on, and I have USB Debugging enabled.
I'm using Android 4.2.2 with Sense 5 and Unlocked Bootloader
Anyone got an idea what I'm doing wrong

Install a custom recovery and install the SU.zip via the recovery AFTER you made a nandroid backup of the stock rom

you learn by reading, which you obviously didn't do. then people have to come to your rescue and take time from their own lives

Most people learn by reading. I learn by watching. I found reading xda and watching cursed4eva on you tube very helpful to learn this process. I suggest you take a look dude and read as mentioned.

Yea I been reading quite a lot succeeded with rooting 2 devices and custom rom and nfc unlock.

I have rooted my 526g+ using kingoroot and I have created recovery using mtkdroidtools and installed it.
Now my device stuck in bootloop.
Can someone please upload the stock ROM for HTC Desire 526G+
I can't find any online ... Please help me guys ....

This is for the htc desire (bravo) they r completley different phones. Ur best bet is htcdev.

You should have taken a backup before rooting. I have rooted my htc 526g too, and unistalled some system apk, and now i cant install the ota update....status 7 error.
I have found an older version of this rom , on a russian site...but i was unable to install it...i am looking for the stock flashfile too.... (p.s. you can install the latest philz recovery..it works)

You Flashed custom recovery without unlocking your device
first unlock your device using this steps then flash this custom rom with twrp hit thanks if it helps u
