Someone pls pls upload the SplashICS v0.6 alpha rom in dropbox, I'm currently facing troubles downloading through the given mediafire link...I need the rom soon, pls help

Just download cm9, delete the things that don't work add a few apps and a nice new wallpaper then rename it to splash ics v.0.6 in the build.prop............. Job done!

You didnt ask me at all, i don't allow anyone to include it in anyone's rom.
U can use it youeself, but u cannot share it.

I'm using Blade ROM v5.0 at the moment. Blade comes with much less stock apps, than a stock ROM which is very nice and makes it lighter and faster but I'm really missing the HTC Notes app (I don't like evernote e.g.). So I tried to make a flashable ZIP which failed poorly. noamsch6 (Member of blade Team) took my ZIP and made it flashable.
Unfortunately Notes still does not work. It always has a force close when I want to open the app. The apk was taken from an extracted stock ONE XL rom (4.0.4). Did I take a wrong APK? Please help a noob :laugh::good:

Why you post it in general, and not again in the thread? Its a rom specific problem, and when the cookers good like everybody says in their thread they should help

Don't try to flash an apk from a LOWER android version and OTHER device.

No, take it with root explorer, put it in system, change permission to the corrects one, then take the apk and paste it on app, then reboot the phone!!

thank you. So the permissions have been set right from the beginning (I had nothing to change here). If I want to open Notes it still has a forced close!

Is very strange, reflash the rom or try ordroid rom, is one of the best!

Its a ROM specific problem as they have included the HTCnotes libs from the ROM. They are tryin to fix it.

Let me download first, then i am uploading it in mediafire. But before flashing this double check the file whether it is right kernel u r looking for.
