<Request> LG 4X HD Lockscreen port

Just thinking if anyone has made a mod to have the LG 4X's lockscreen on the SGS3, it looks superb.
I'll have a look at it myself, but wasn't sure if anyone else was in the process of porting it or not?

EDIT: Just downloading the system dump file for the LG 4X, it should be in there right?

[REQ] Video of lockscreen features

Hi all. Im in the process of porting the optimus g lock features. I wondered if anyone would be kind enough to do me a video of all the lockscreen features as a point of reference. It can be hard without knowing exactly what your aiming for.

f180 can't use egde for now.

most of the members here are using LTE(4G) or HSPA+(3G)...they've no idea about what EDGE(2.75G) means...

I was wondering where we should be discussing the Optimus G Pro? I was hoping for something on launch day, but alas nothing.

Same here. Love the phone, BTW.

Why so slow on this phone?? usually other high end phones have their own forum before the phone even gets released

I cant wait for some development on this awesome new phone, I love it.

I've asked some mod to make a section, he answered that has put it on the pending list for other mods to oversee. Me think we must create a topic in http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=240 section for our demand to be seen faster

They say if you bring to AT&T your old phone and buy G Pro with contract they'll sell it for only $100 instead of $200

I was able to root my AT&T G pro using the same method for the Optimus G. Although I haven't been able to unlock the bootloader through FreeGee yet.

After you root you can install the ClockWorks Mod recovery from an apk app from the international version at the following link;

I installed it and did a backup already
I assume there will be more like "TWRP" for our phone in the near future
Stll waiting for bootloader unlock, uploaded image to Freegee.

Thanks again for the root info. I can confirm it is working for me as well as the Xposed framework. I've been playing around with the dpi settings and I can't believe how sharp everything is even after lowing down the dpi. One thing I don't like about the screen is that I have some light bleeding near the edge of the display. Nothing major but just a little annoying when the screen is showing a black image.

I can confirm as well that the Optimus G root method worked without any problems on my OG Pro.

I am considering jumping from the Samsung Galaxy Note to the Optimus G Pro and have been looking for the forums myself. Wanted to read what I could about the device before making the jump. I really want this device. See that Root is already confirmed to be working so that is a start. Don't need much else after that as I can figure it out from there.

Root works ! awesome, probably hold off recovery for now but woo no more bloat!

Awesome root and a recovery on day 2 that a great start can't wait to see a cm10 for this.

Pretty nice! Almost perfect. I didn't realize the fonts with #FAFAFA looks a little dark than I'd thought. Can you please replace #FAFAFA to #a9a9a9.
