you need to edit the framework-res.apk look on xda around there are enough tutorials

wel,, google sense 4 and you will see.
the current bar is also the same as HTC, but sense 4.

I know that is the htc sense 4 bar, but i want the bar from sense 3 because is awsome

i think it would but itd probably just make the sense keyboard (whatever the apk is called) force close alot, but if you wanna give it a try go for it. make sure you got a backup at hand as always.

Theres aigle lock or miLocker with sense lock screen that does a decent job of replicating the sense lockscreen

There are some lockscreens with weather animation for MiLocker. You'll need an old version of Genie Widget for the weather to work though.
The only Sense feature that's been ported is the recent app style for most roms.

i found the circle 3d wigdet of atrix hd
but none of them work!!
the circle widget is only compatible with atrix hd launcher.

just download the "One More Clock" widget from the Play Store... and select the Circles theme.... it's FREE
i cant get it to work either just do what the previous said download the proper launcher...or ask a dev to create a new launcher:silly:
one more clock widget get it free from the play store, and use the circle theme

you mean, transparency on custom roms or only on stock roms but having a custom launcher? the transparency it is given by the framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk..

Because its actually pretty hard to pull another manufactures closed source skin and get it working properly on a device not made for it
