[APP]Stock TASK MANAGER for cm9/cm7/cm10

This is stock like task manager for cm7/cm9/cm10 and maybe many other roms.I just did few modifications.
How to install:-
1.download from dropbox link.
2.using root explorer copy/paste this app in system/app.
3.set permissions as rw-r-r
4.reboot.

Well this is the tricks to make the home button pressed :
Go to setting ====>>> Cyanogenmod setting ====>>> Input ====>>> Long press home setting ====>>> Use custom application ====>>> select apps ====>>>Task manager...
No screenshots as it is same as stock task manager.

Could you please post screenshot woth permissions? Because I don't know how to set them

Man read the installation procedure carefully.
You just have to paste in system/apps,change permissions and REBOOT.after REBOOT you will find task manager in app drawer.

Using latest CM7 by phiexz and all of it's patches.

No, I haven't...
I restored a nandbackup that I made this morning, but I am also having problems, market doesn't update/installs apps, giving 492 error. Cleaning data for market doesn't works... Uninstall and re-install from apk reboots device.
Guess I'll have to re-install CM7 from scratch again... :\

All this cant be because of installing one tiny app.

Well, I had to reinstall all from scratch (even installed stock rom, reformat sd-ext to ext4 from windows) and now I have it running fine.
Guess the only way to have this app's widget is to use touchwiz, right?

Does this need a taskmanager?Because android closes unneeded applications.or am I wrong?

Nope its doesnt always close it and hence becomes laggy

[APK][PORT] S Voice ported to all Samsung devices! [June 5][Initial release]

As you know, S Voice from SGS III isn`t working on any other device because of checking device model. The bad solution is to mod your build.prop to make android think you are using SGS III, but it can cause incorrect work in some apps.
What I have Done
I have decompiled SVoice.apk, changed all checkings of device model to make app think it is SGS III, built and signed new apk.
So now all you have to do is:
1. Delete old S Voice
2. Revert your build.prop to stock, if you have modded it
3. Install new apk (as usual app) from Google Drive or Mediafire
Issues:
Few actions aren`t working because of the incompatibility with some SGS III features.
Shortly, some apps or actions are not opening because S Voice can`t find Samsung`s Clock/Calendar/etc. It can be fixed only if these apps are ported to our devices.
Tested on my AOKP Galaxy S I with SGS III Addon (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1669190)
Please, test it on other devices and write me, if app doesn`t work

will all features be fixed in the future or is this a final app for us? anyway thanks for not messing the build.prop

Install as NORMAL apk, just launch it EDIT: it installs to internal SD

I'm running 5.5 dark night and I installed the modified s-voice apk file you provided.
The application runs fine, however, I can't get some functionalities to work. For example, talkback don't work. Also, saying things like Hello, or tell me a joke doesn't work; only straight-forward commands...
Moreover, any hopes on getting the application working with double-tabbing?

Talkback: do you have tts installed? It`s working fine with me, check your ROM
Some features won`t work, read the thread
Chatting: I am having such problem sometimes, restarting S Voice helps.
Double-tabbing: I haven`t discovered this feature yet, if it is possible, it can be fixed in future

Wake up works, but then network error.

[Q] Google Plus isn't working properly!

I have installed two different Roms but when I go to Google Plus Setting > Instant Upload... its crashes
I need to go there to select the upload all option but as I tap on Instant upload, it crashes.. any ideas why?
I have been using WanamLite Rom and Omega 9.1.. Happens in both

I installed Omega 9.1 ROM first and I had this problem then I wiped it and installed WanamLite Rom and it still crashed..

try stock rom.
and can you upload the pic via other apps ?
could be a problem with sdcard

[Q] Small problem with djolivier ROM and can't post...

Hi all,
Can't post in the developer thread and the ROM creator has disabled PM's so has anyone else fixed this....?
I'm using Mervellous CM10 ROM by djolivier and firstly, no matter what settings I tweak my buttons will not backlight!
Secondly, the app OTA Update Centre will not download updates for the rom (yes it is supported). The download seems to start and then where the files being downloaded should be listed, NaN flashes up and then I get an error saying there is an error with this download, or something to that effect.
I'm using the build of the rom from April 20th and I've tried updating the app and uninstalling it which it doesn't seem to like as the app is built into the rom.
If anyone can help or even repost this in the rom thread on my behalf I'd appreciate it a lot!

OK just read through the thread for the rom a little more and found that the update thing is known about and is expected so the only real unresolved issue that I have here is the backlight for the buttons if anyone has any ideas

It's a widespread bug, not even sure it can be called a bug.
Use "keyboard brightness control" or "adjbrightness".

Even I had the same problem. I tried doing the settings given by djoliver, but they didn't work. Then I realized that you have to turn on 'Automatic Brightness' under 'Brightness' and then the buttons worked perfectly.

Problem loading Marvellous CM10
Hope someone can help me. After much experimentation with different configuration settings for installing the Marvellous CM10 ROM, I still cannot successfully install with INT2EXT+, and INT2EXT is way too laggy to be functional. I keep getting error code "7" after tying to install with INT2EXT+.
Before flashing the ROM, I always flash Superwipe first. Is there anything else that I might need to do to beforehand to ensure a successful installation? If not, can anyone suggest a setup configuration that successfully installs the ROM using INT2EXT+?

[Guide][MOD]Headset Notifier for Xperia Marshmallow

Hello everyone,
I want to share my Headset Notifier for any Xperia running on stock MM roms
It shows a notification when your headphone is plugged in.
*Actually this headphone notifier is modded Unsupported Headset Notifier.apk, because Sony disabled the notification when you plug your headphones.
*It should be working on any Xperia MM rom.
Okay, if you want to find the apk, check the attachment of this post and jump to Step 5.
If you want to try to mod it by yourself, here's the guide below:
Here's what we need:
-Notepad++
-Apktool (Version that support Android 6.0 Roms, I use Advanced ApkTool 2.1.1 to work.)
Steps:
1. Decompile your UnsupportedHeadset.apk
2. Go to res/values/ and open bools.xml with notepad++
3. Edit This Line(Change the red one):
<bool name="show_headset_plugin_icon_to_notification">false</bool>

4. Save file and recompile and sign it. Done!
5. Install as normal apk or move to system/app/UnsupportedHeadsetNotifier/,and set permission to rw-r-r and then reboot.
*Maybe this mod needs Superuser mod (Patched Services.jar).
Edit:I added Flashable Zip below, flash it in your custom recovery.
Tested on:
-My Xperia Z3 with eXistenZ MM Rom - 23.5.A.1.203

I changed "version code" from "23" to "24" in this apk, maybe that's why you cannot install, try it and tell me if it works...

I figured it out! How about change the package id?
I think it will not conflict with the original one!
Could install as a separate app, not cover.
Edit: .....But Hmm... after I wrote this post a few minutes, I found a question,
because you installed as a separated one.
It will have two (may conflict the notification showing)...
One makes it show(The one you installed)
And another one will block it down(The System one)
So report me if it shows the notification when you plug in,
If it cause conflict that makes it doesn't shows the notification, I will remove it, because that's useless and bad.
Edit 2: Or if it doesn't work because of conflict, you can try to disable UnsupportedHeadset Notifier in settings and reboot.

Find a remove tool for no root device, to remove it.
Try this method to remove the system one?

Re-Enable it and clear data , cache first and than remove it.

I just can say:......It doesn't support this system
Tried another Sony device (rooted), even I removed the original apk and install the modified one, still not showing the notification.....
Tested on my old Z1C 5.1.1 Stock based custom rom with modded apk for 5.1.1 LP

Can u change the text notification?
Can u give me a guide to change notification text from "headset pluged in, unplug them to get speaker sound" to another text? Like "beats sound enabled" or etc?
Cause i can change the headset icon png, but cant change the text one.
