what is that album animations?this gallery app belong to Galaxy note 2 ?
To be honest: It doesn't even look that amazing. I like the standard MIUI more.

You know, a big thing with miui is themes, but I don't find myself using them. The standard look is fine for me, just with diff wallpaper

The first gallery is the albums from I forget what phone. Want to say its the xperia. U can find the thread in the themes section here and download it and it works good on our phones. The other one is the stock touchwiz galary and the third one is the stock miui galary.

Horribly. Very depressing.

I can't say I'm surprised. I haven't found a single live wallpaper that doesn't create some sort of lag with every Android phone I've owned, including the GNex.
Anyone who tells me that live wallpapers don't create some lag is a liar.
the Phase Beam live wallpaper has 0 lag
There is only one live wallpaper that causes no lag and it's the original nexus live wallpaper. Works great on my galaxy nexus, probably because it isn't high res

This one works fine for me:http://db.tt/deyVoFPi. I'm pretty sure I got it from the Nexus S forum.
That one worked perfect for me thank you!

Not working for me on Gummy .3.8...
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA App
It looks like we need something more than just the APK. When it it launched there is an unsatisfied link error
I've only seen this exception be thrown on windows when I'm missing a DLL at runtime.

Installed this on 4.0.2 and it crippled my homescreens!
Sent from my VzW Nexus Prime
I wonder what else it needs... Maybe a stock launcher?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA App
The only one that does not lag is indeed Phase Beam. Why? Because the wallpaper doesn't move when sliding to a different screen.
It's a pity because if anyone has seen this LWP, they need to see it on their GNex.

This one worked! After several failed attempts, finally found an apk compatible with custom launcher and Theory's rom. Thanks!

For those of you still having issues with the apk, try flashing this one. It worked for me also.

Depends on which native toggles the stock ones are mainly shortcuts. But the rooted modified version one is quite nice! especially the one that was merged with CM as of yesterday
I agree,
That is the only thing I miss from TouchWiz
Could someone give the best looking ones ?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
Regular AOSP style is best looking.
Hello,
I'm running Omega 10 rom and I was wondering if it is possible to have stock android 4.2 apps like dialer, people, messaging, clock, calculator, camera, and gallery without having to flash AOSP rom? In addition I would love a notification panel and lockscreen android 4.2 like or normal jellybean one.
Many thanks!

Look in the at&t section for MyRom by almino. He has a gapps package with the camera gallery and calendar, maybe some other things. Photosphere works at least

Get a rom which features what you want.

I know but I want to stay in a TW based ROM due to S-Pen functionality and better overall Camera. Thanks anyway mate

scribbled from my note 2 (N7100)
Look for a firmware. Jellybam was one of them.
There should be more.

Nemesis is revealed http://www.androidcentral.com/cyanogenmod-focal-camera-app-nemesis
Its just there take on a fully functional camera app
Looks like a nice camera app. I'm sure this will be making the rounds in just about every custom rom that is CM based.

Interesting with this be exclusive to Cyanogenmod or available for any rom?
Cant wait to see what else they offer, might flash paranoid on my nexus and cm when all this nemesis business is over.

If that was possible then the developers here in xda would ported many
of the Touchwiz's features into the CM/AOSP/AOKP/GE roms.
Good luck trying!
Yeah I understand. But there are flash able zip around the forum for different touchwizs that work with cm or aosp rom. The only problem is that they don't work with the s4 roms. Anyways, thanks for the reply

Understand that Touchwiz isn't simply an app. Touchwiz IS the rom that comes stock with Samsung devices.
You can't extract it and install it in other roms because it IS a rom.
It would be the same as trying to install CyanogenMod into TouchWiz.
Now, if you are talking about trying to install the elements of Touchwiz like the gesture stuff and eyeball tracking and what not...no. Those aren't portable into AOSP based ROMs. Theoretically those elements could be ported, but the developers who would have to put in hours and hours of work to reverse engineer them and figure out how to port them largely consider those features to be hokey gimmicks that aren't worth the time to mess with. So there are no plans to move those elements to AOSP ROMs (Wifi calling being the lone exception. Everyone wants that ported. Lots of people have tried to mess with it. So far it's not been successful.)
Thanks for the reply. Sorry if I sound demanding. I really appreciate the response. So no way to get the launcher itself and not the sensors or gestures?

The launcher that comes with TouchWiz? There's nothing super special about it. There are a dozen other launchers on Google Play that do more.
Yeah I like the fluidity and animations though. Is it possible to port that for me? Just the launcher

The fluidity that you seek is there on all other launchers. That's the phone's hardware mixed with Android's Project Butter, which is an increased frame rate native to the system that makes everything suiper smooth. It has nothing to do with the TouchWiz launcher.
As for animations, just about all other launghers have those same snimations and more.
But if you're REALLY set on trying it....
