So, I've been using CleanGB 1.1.2 for a few weeks, and I tried flashing a cm7 rom. Didn't like how much issues I was having, so I restored my old CleanGB rom. Ever since, my battery life is pathetic. I have an extended battery, usually charge it from 40% to 100% while I sleep. Now, its always charging because it dies so fast.
Take a look at the links, anyone have any answers? Thank you!

Try wiping battery stats....
If you don't know how the process works you can look at Qbking77's video on it- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbYVv4nCveM
Percentages don't tell us anything. What is your display on time? What is listed in running services? How much deep sleep is your phone getting? These are all that matter, not the battery screenies.
If you have 30 minutes screen on time with high intensity and are syncing something in a poor signal area that percentage is typical. If your phone is just sitting there and it drops that much an hour later then there is an errant app not closing.
Wiping battery stats does nothing... id recommend follow kenny's advice here, we can't really help you if you don't help us help you =].

How can I prevent apps from opening in the background? Like, games for some reason are in my backgrounded apps. I never opened that game, so why is it starting?
Any advice on making sure these apps don't start unless I make it start myself?

Hmm you might have a bad phone or there's something wrong. Id try going back to stock. Then re root and try a solid ROM. Like kennys's people rom or something else... see if that helps at all...

Problem is clear, all stats are fine except android system and display,no way is display that low it should be at least 60% the higher the better as it uses the most battery out of the lost batt, android system is way to high and I don't think there is a way to check what exactly it is, I would say flash a new rom.I had abnormally high cell standby and the other cell think I forgot the name haha, flashed a new rom (reaper 2.2.2) and I've had normal stats with display using the most. Get cpuspy battery monitor widget and spareparts and analyse your batt

They preload part of their code so that they open quicker when you want them. You can either use Autostarts to stop them or get paid version of Titanium Backup and freeze them until you want to use them or uninstall them.

That is just a misreport. It groups everything the phone does (basically being on except deep sleep) into Android System. The important stat is Display time.

What's your screen on time.
Looked kinda like liteflow might be causing problems?
Cell Standby i think is the one that is coded wrong and is lying, ignore that one.
If you press Android System in settings, battery it will show you the top components being used
Also in dev options look for and check Show CPU Usage. It will show whats using the cpu in the top right of your screen. Watch for what stays in the top few spots in the list.
There may have been something that didnt like the update. Try first uninstalling apps and if that helps reinstall them clean, no data restore. If you continue to have problems backup all data and factory reset. Start clean.
If all else fails use odin to flash the full LH2 fw.
LH2 should be a fairly stable build. Most have no issues and many get outstanding battery life. Im willing to bet its either an app or the way you updated or both.

That's really not THAT bad for a screen on time. I saw your screenshots in the OP, and you were down to 80% in only two hours of being on the battery, but you had the screen on for almost an hour of those two hours; 20%/hr for the first few hours is pretty normal. It's not stellar, but I wouldn't say it's an epic drain that being said, I'm sure you could squeeze some more juice out of it, and prob is just an app causing more drain than usual.
Also when doing a screenshot, it helps to hit the power button first, then the volume, so you don't get the volume pop up every time.

Yes, use it now (Ulitmate) I have found nothing wrong personally. Mine's set for Data on with screen on, Data off screen off.. I don't have a schedule set or anything (i'm always off and on the phone anyway) does increase the battery life a bit.. Download, try it for a bit.. see what you think overall.
I did use it before, just the light version. it was indeed a battery extender. But now I am using ON(X).

Juice defender WILL help. I get about 24hrs to a charge. It simply disables data/location/wifi when not in use and can be customized to run different ways for different apps
-SlimBean...the bulimic's choice for the Galaxy III
Hope this helps. It's fully customizable and it does wonders. U can train it to learn your wifi and after a while, never touch the toggle again. Use it for games so they don't go online and pick up those annoying ads (if your unrooted). And u can schedule when the net comes on to get emails and so forth when your not touching you phone.

Been using Ultimate from the beginning and if set up correctly is the difference between night and day for battery life. It works very well with no problems whatsoever on my end.
+1 When setup properly it can save a lot of juice. Or turn data off when not needed it will save a little more than using JD. But I rather have JD running so things are seamless. For Streaming audio like Spotify I find setting for enable/screen off works the best.

Be honest and tell people you have an extended battery.
i got a small issue with JD ultimate:
i set it quite correctly i think, but then, it prevents datas from coming to my phone, even when they're enabled.
let me explain better:
i set it so datas are off when screen is off and on when screen is on.
so i turn my phone on, datas take smth like 5 to 10 seconds to enable, everything normal till here, then the small H or G appear meaning i'm connected through 3G, but even then, i'm still offline... i wait, and wait 5 mins, but still, the H or G is visible on top right of my screen but.. no data.
i disable juice defender, restart my phone, didn't solve.
then i uninstall it completely, restard my phone, and everything works fine again...
anyone could help me on this one?

Yeah, you've got something wrong that a task killer won't fix. That's more than abnormal. Either you're running something/everything with bad sync settings... Or some ****e app is runaway.

Wow.. maybe a bad battery? Or Rom?
Running Macksrom.. light usage I'll get 2 days plus out of my phone. Heavy screen and media still get's me 24 hours or more with no charge. This phone I've had no fear of using all that I please when unplugged. The only "task killer" i use is ES Task Manager to control my white list.
Also, that is running overclocked
Like someone said, find the app that's killing your battery and work on that first. I recommend gsam battery. If that doesn't help you then get juice defender. The pro option gives you even more options. There is no need for a task killer on android. The os is made to be as efficient as possible.
Sent from my Amazing Galaxy Note 2!
Battery calibration does nothing. Battery stats are wiped automatically everytime you charge to 100%. Task killers are worse for battery than not using one. Android manages apps just fine on its own, killing them with a task killer just forces the OS to unnecessarily wake up everytime it needs to restart a service. Your best bet is to use better battery stats to find what rogue app is killing your battery and/or using autostarts app to stop things you don't use from starting to begin with.
I like to break stuff!

Best way to charge your phone is a 500mah or 700mah charger. Takes forever to charge but the battery loves it better and gets a much stronger charge. The slower you charge the longer it lasts. Whenever I go to sleep I plug it into my pc
