I'm having problems with changing lock screen wallpapers
It can be change only if I choose from stock wallpapers folder / only 4 photos
And It does not change when I choose from my galery....
What am i missing here...?

go to setting/application manager and look for gallery and clear cach and data. restart then try again with the wallpaper. That did it for me.

If you set a different default gallery it will not work. You need to clear defaults then use the default samsung gallery to set it.

Disaple "Ripple effect" from the Lock screen setting, this works for me.
Ok, I have a similiar experience. I am using the OMEGA Rom v11. When I go and try to change the background image for the Lockscreen, its not changing. Home background is no problem however. So now I followed the things posted above, cleared the Cache & Data for the Gallery, rebooted and all.
Also turned off the ripple effect. Now the Wallpaper that was on the lockscreen before, is gone and its the standard Lockscreen background for this ROM here. But, I still cant change Wallpapers that are outside the Stock Wallpapers folder. I didn't encounter that issue on the ARHD Rom I was using before this one.
Any other ideas how to get rid of that issue besides reinstalling the ROM (which also doesn't really mean it will fix it) ???
Ok, found the issue LOL ... Seems I forgot that I also installed the 4.2 Gallery as additional Mod on the OMEGA Rom. So then I had the 4.1.2 Gallery and the 4.2 Gallery. Got rid off the 4.2 Gallery and Wallpapers for the Lockscreen are working again.

Sorry that I explained my opinion so vague. I meant if you are using the lwp hack it is much faster because for example the HTC Rosie (HTC GUI) doesn't have to load the wallpaper, it only shows the "default"(error) black screen

Ok now I understand but is this only at first boot? you'll see speed increase.
When RoM fully booted would they be much difference.
I don't quite get what u mean.
You have to be in the recovery and flash them, after finishing flash the actual ROM.
Then reboot system now.
After Setup:
You need to got to Personalize -> Wallpaper -> Live Wallpaper and then choose one of the Samsung wallpapers.
I was delete the Stock Gallery without a backup. I tried down 3D gallery free on the market and Gallerys of Froyo but that can not be installed. So everyone can upload I9100 Gallery.apk .help me. or any others software gallery of gingerbread. Cause the gallery of the i9100 too fast ,too not smoothly. I like Gallery of 2.2

I found gallery + on Market and it's quite good. But new problems occur that I can not change Lockscreen wallpapers. Cause the Old Gallery have been delete . It's show the error : on com.android.setting.wallpaper .So the problem now still is how to restore the stock Gallery.Or how to change one anothers Lockscreen . Somebody help me. Thanks all

Yes agreed but as the OP says its not possible to change lockscreen wallpaper without stock gallery (try freezing it with titaanium backup and you'll see it)
@OP:
I would like to help you but you have to say which rom you're on because apk differs from each version and even from stock/custom roms

Press the green button on the site for the download link or QR code. Use a root explorer then copy the apk file to /system/app, install it and you should be back in action. Its what worked for me when I did the same thing!

I have extracted the version of TouchWiz Launcher from DLH6 leaked ROM for SGS III, and made it compatible with NON-OFFICIAL ICS and JB ROM's for our Galaxy S, I tested with CyanogenMod 10 and it works, I haven't tried with other versions.
CHANGELOG:

-This is a mod from the ported version.
-Added the number of the missed SMS, Gmail Mesages and Missed Calls over its App Icon.
-Correct the issue with Apps storage in SD:
-Its icons in the Apps Menu never is loaded, and take the default one.
-If you have its icons in Desktop, when load the launcher from a reset, the icons was removed.
-In FastScroll, when you hover over the dots of page indicator, the pages are centered in the middle vertically.
v0.0DLIB:
-New version DLIB has not differences with DLI5 version, but is changed to mantain the numeration of Samsung.
-Corrected the issue with the Alphabetical list.

-New version ported from Samsung DLI5 ROM.

I uploaded two versions of the same version, one signed and one unsigned, because in some ROMs the signed version doens't work. You must try first signed one and if doesn't work try the unsigned one.

Is this ver more stable? Cause i notice, the other twiz ux you post before, when i pinch the desktop,it works, but then i choose random page screen, the widget, icon, etc doesnt show up

There are many differences.
The version in the URL you put here is more like the ICS one.
In the DLH6 version Samsung make new things. The Widgets and Icons in Home Scren can change the position if you try to put something over them. Now, the Icon for Folders are different, and has animation when open and close. The Dock, when removed an icon, is adapted to the number of icons. When you drag an icon from Menu Apps to Home Screen, the Dock is not hidden by the Options bar, this one is place top in the screen, so you can add icons over the Dock easily.
There are problably some other changes.

Still the same. I also tried to push the files through root explorer & fix permissions but I got bootloop. Any ideas how I can make this thing appear? I really like the new Touchwiz! I also have bought the TouchWiz 5 theme from the Play Store for CM10 to give my Galaxy S a stock S3 look.

Weird... I using this launcher on latest 20120824 nightly and it working great. I flash signed version.. unsigned version did not work for me..

When the S III came out I came to enjoy the Photo Wall LWP and have used it ever since but today when I finally upgraded to the new 4.1 leak I found the apk that I have used multiple times wouldn't install it just gave a parse error.
Luckily after a little time I figured out it was not signed, so here is a copy that installs fine on the new JB leak. I just ran it through a app to sign the apk.

If you mean just using your own pictures normally it is in the settings when you select the LWP.
If you are talking permanently change the apk I don't know.

Go to the Photo wall LWP.
Click on settings.
Choose "Select photos"
Choose "Gallery"
Tap on a folder in your gallery.
Then select the pictures you want. (or you can choose the select all options in the upper left corner)

Works fine for me. No problems encountered.
just tried to run this on the leaked Jb (Simplistic de-odexed), through CWM (that comes with Philz kernel) and it reported 'installation aborted', so no luck for me. I tried verification off also, that didn't work either. Just reporting my experience. thanks anyway.

Here's what I did, I removed all the AT&T bloatware and most of the Google Apps
while adding Root / Busybox / Nova Launcher / A custom EMUI 5 theme / and a couple of useful apps
We Fixed the IMEI problem and everything is stable Thanks @madvane20 for your help

Flashing instructions.. You Must already be on the Correct firmware. (If you need to get to B160 Click here)
CleanRom will Wipe your internal Data partition ...Make sure you have a Backup !
You must Mount - System / Cust and Data before you start the install. After install wipe cache / dalvik and reboot.
As Always Make a backup before you flash in case anything goes wrong
Important: After you setup your phone boot to TWRP and make a Backup - I found a bug where Play Store and FireFox just Stop working (won't open)
If this happens you can restore your backup and everything works again.

So far this rom seems to have a lot better performance.
When I first installed the rom Play store wouldn't launch after my first reboot. So I installed play store from HERE and it didn't fix it but when I went to settings>Apps and disabled play store it asked to uninstall playstore and restore the default so I did that and then re-enabled play store and everything has been fine since then.
So far the phone hasn't been lagging like stock was but I think I might need to give it a few more days because stock was fine at first too but then was always eating ram.

Just flashed this and my IMEI changed. I flashed the B150 Backup and my number returned. I saw in the other thread this was happening but the issue still is still in this build at least. The rom looked good for the 10 minutes I was using it!
I had the exact same issue. Unfortunately and quite unusual of me, I didn't make a b150 backup, but my imei returned when restoring your b150 pre root backup from your other guide. The rom was pretty smooth for the five minutes I used it though.
Also thanks for the b130 to b150 update guide! I followed all the directions and went from b130 to b150 without a problem!

I had tried putting the .hwt file in the local/external SDs in both HWThemes and the .cache folder, and the theme just would not show up in the Theme app. I got it to show up by putting it in /system/themes . Tried again today and now it's working fine just putting the .hwt file in external HWThemes folder . Which theme file is shown in OP?

Sometimes a reboot is needed for the theme's to show in the Theme app.
The theme used in the ROM is called OTA_black.

If you flash this ROM on B130 your WiFi will be disabled.
The ROM is built on B150
I have a guide on updating to B150

also the OTA black does have descriptions in the Settings screen just use nova to set the font to off white
Which font would that be? Seems like a theme that doesn't require me to do that additional step is the better implemented theme.

Man, there's multiple different places to set fonts in Nova Launcher, that why I said "Tell me the exact steps in Nova to change the font... " .
I'm not convinced Nova Launcher font color affects phone settings font color. Show me a screen shot after you change it to red. Besides, non of my Nova fonts are black anyway.
EDIT: WELL GOSH DARN .. I thought I figured it out, but no luck . Anyway, I'm good with the N theme I previously mentioned .
