HTC Desire TimeScape

If SonyEricsson will update Xperia x10 android from 1.6 to 2.1
TimeScape and MediaScape will be support in HTC Desire ?
I hope it's will be possible I soo want that

TimeScape is a SE only feature.
Just like Sense UI is HTC only.

everything can get ported if device gets rooted, and custom roms become available, nexus one can have sense if you want it

No one can convert it to android 2.1 ??

You can't just "Convert" files, they have dependencies which are buried deep in the rom, this is the same reason why we could say... have HTC People on the G1.
You will have to wait until the device is rooted and then someone ports over a Xperia Rom but that would mean going back to 1.6 (They're not upgrading to 2.1 until September) and losing all HTC Apps/Features.
Someone WILL port it, MotoBlur was ported to the G1 and look how crappy that is

i swear most proprietary ui / widgets rely on their own proprietary libraries that are buried deep in the rom. it may be possible as i've seen samsung launchers and live wallpapers ported to other devices but each company codes their stuff differently and I am not familiar with how sony works as I am not skilled enough to find out.

Possible for HTC to have themes from another OS?

I Was just wondering,
Is it possible to adapt another firmware to work on the HTC mainly because I want the theme of it?

You can port roms, we ported a desire rom to the xperia x10 so it can be done

Wall papers in wildfire

Hi,
I own a HTC Wildfire and it does not have an option to load animated wallpapers,,, is there another way to use this kind of wallpapers?

I have no idea because I'm new to the Wildfire S myself. However, the WFS has Live Wallpapers. Maybe this is what you mean. If you do a search in the Android Market you will find plenty of examples you can download and try.

I don't think you can keep an animated wallpaper as your wallpaper.

Thats cuz u have original Wildfire not Wildfire S. If u Want LWP on Original install cutom rom... LWPS are laggy anyways

Hi all I couldnt find any roms thats pure xperia s xperiance with out extra stuffs or addons added by yourself .. Like this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1796428 so my question.. Can some of u devs port the whole xperia s rom ? Pure stock xperia S without settings shortcut in systemui etc etc etc.. Pure stock S rom like the above mentioned link I would like to port it myself or even theme the stock neo/arc Rom but I'm not good in theming and porting stuffs :/
And everyone would use that Rom for sure I would be really happy cause my mum use this Rom on her old x10i and she's really happy and I must say I'm hit jealous haha .. But would be great

Hahaha I don't have the money I'm honest and I'm happy with my neo I don't need more speed or else just want the UI but I've successfully themed and got all xperia S and some xperia Go apps and everything work without problem no bugs and really smooth .. Even booting takes 15-20 sec
