What problem is it that you're having?
I very much doubt it's a problem with your ROM or kernel though.

When I try to post a pic from the app I hit the camera icon and choose my pic. A screen pops up for size large or small and tapatalk host , this forum, or cancel options I select large and this site it immediately shows the status icon and shows waiting response and shows 100% upload but even after 5 mins or so no pic is posted. Even with good service. It only does so with the large size/full size image. The small loads just fine.

you have a app somewhere that's doing it
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
Shazam causes that alot, but what he said above its a application. Whenever that pops up think of what application you just got down running or closed out of, and that should be the cause.
What browsers do you have installed?
I get that every so often as well

it`s an app cache, so it will regenerate, find the folder with rootexplorer or whatever app you want and add a .nomedia file
