[Theme] Tiny icons help

Hi I have downloaded sever different icons packs with 16x16 icons but when I change the stock icon to them they get realized and look very pixalated.
Anyone know why or recommened some small icon packs that might work? I am looking for icons in he style of the attached pic. I'm using apex launcher.

So I tried hard to find ink effect fir my rooted xxlsj odexed rom but in vain
All I find is for deodexed version...
anyone found a mod of ripple effect for odexed xxlsj? ??

Honeycomb battery icon on s3

Hello sow i flashed the ultimarom didnt like it
Flashed my good old null rom but the battery icon disseperd suddunly its not a big problem
My question is how can i install the honeycomb battery icon on my SGS3 without changing my currunt ROM ?
