Does anyone know what happened to the cool little icons on the text messaging? When I try to use the colored icons they're blank.

I've been looking an email widget matching the overall theme of my home screen, without any luck. Anyone know of a dark widget to use with gmail?
Here is my home screen so you know what I'm talking about

I installed on of the n7105 ROMs. All works well but the stock email is black with while text and I prefer white with black text. Can someone upload the stock email app?
Thanks

You should be able to change that in the feature.csc file. You will just need to find the line that has says something about email being white and set it to true. Search for garyd's thread about editing csc files.

I'm really hate the gallery style mms picture on the stock messaging .. Is there a way to change it so that I have a pinch to zoom option again, other than using a third party messaging app?
I woud appreciate the help..

You hate all 3 styles? You can make it look 3 different ways.

I don't like the gallery style mms when you receive a picture or multiple.. Is there a way to make it where it's not a gallery?

What I have to do is open the pic in mms, and then save the attachment via the menu items. The pic will now show up in your gallery.
Exactly, when I was on ICS on my s2 you didn't have to do all that. You could zoom in on a picture you received thru text and not have some stupid gallery that requires you to save the pic..
I'm trying to get that on my note 2

If you read the op, he even says "other than using third party apps" lol.
I have actually been wondering the same thing, and I've noticed that the stock mms on the at&t note 2 let's you see the picture directly in the message. I'll look into porting over the at&t version to see if it's the same, if not I'm assuming it's carrier specific?

If you could port it over that would be great.. Thanks..

Looking for help having the new 4.3 mail app ([email protected]) display white text on black background. Old 4.1.2 trick of changing the feature.xml line to ...white false.... doesnt seem to work....TX
