crazy mms problem

hi there, i have a htc trinity (p3600) on uk vodafone with a crazy mms problem
it wont send mms just sited in the outbox with a clock icon on the message
rom: 1.23.405.2
date: 03/11/2007
radio: 1.38.00.11
i went to settings > connections>advanced uunder my work network i have contract wap with the correct settings
in messages i have checked the mms options and again the correct settings there,
tested internet this works
checked at network level that mms is provisioned and the apn is present also that the phone is uptodate on the network
ive even hard reset the device however it still refuses to send mms
i was wandering if any one had any pointers as to where to go with this

This is a Gingerbread build based on latest aosp,taken from neo's thread in developement section,
It has camera fixed and it's fast,it'll be optimized,because i feel that the speed can be improved
I have to say thanks to:

-Xdandroid for starting everything and for some libraries i took from them
-Viruscrazy for the camera libs

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY THE UPDATE.ZIP,YOU'LL NEED TO DOWNLOAD CWM FROM ABOVE
INSTALLING TUTORIALS
Quick tutorial about install in cwm
-Place everything you find in the package of cwm in root,don't remove files from npkboot folder and in it be sure that there's the correct startup.txt
-Do 4 partitions:
1)Fat32 primary,do it the size of your storage -800 mb,if you are on a diamond,i did it 2.8 gb
2)Ext2 primary,do it more than 100mb,mine is 170mb
3)Ext2 primary,do it bigger than 200 mb,in this partition will be stored your apps and settings
4)Ext2 primary,do it 80-100mb,mine is 100 mb
-After you have partitioned from the phone's storage go in npkboot folder and launch haret.exe
-Once booting HARET you will be asked to press "Volume Down" shortly (!!important!! shortly)
-You will see a menu,with volume buttons(d-pad for diam/raph) go to "install zip from sdcard" and press call button(circle button for diam/raph),go to "choose zip from sdcard"
-choose update-cherrypie-signed.zip(sorry I forget to rename it)
-After that install gapps and then press back to return to the first menu
-Hit reboot,after the reboot boot haret normally,it will launch android.
If you installed another build with cwm
-Go in cwm
-Mounts and storage
-Format everything but sdcard.
-Then install as usual
To install google apps:
-Place the zip of gapps in root
-Then go in cwm
-Then install zip from sd-card
-Choose zip from sdcard
-Choose the gapps zip

Spare partes, Battery History crashes.
Wifi does not obtain ip (HTC Hot Spot, kaiser next to it works)
Bluetooth crashes android.
So far, nothing else.

*****GPRS or DATA CONNECTION is a big issuereviously in mostly all neopeeks rom i faced problem of phone freezing when data coneection ON..used to rectify by shuttin it down imeediatelt...(could not use data connection)
BUT this rom gives more Wierd issue- i can keep DATA CONNECTION ON without any issue but it doesnt save APN i create so i cannot use gprs.. plzz help Even ****USB connection with PC doesnt work...(BIG ISSUE)...

it sometimes gets crazy,this morning was working for me,but now not..

I have this problem too, and g sensor doesn't seam to work, camera works, video recording works, overall performance is good.

Even ****USB connection with PC doesnt work...(BIG ISSUE)...

[Q] Problems with the automatic switch Wlan/3G

Hi,
i have on my HTC Desire the Problem that if i am longer logged in a WLAN network, the automatically switch from Wlan into the 3G network is not working when i leave the WLAN.
I have to connect into the "Flightmode" and back that the Desire switch to 3G.
My Desire is rootet and i have this problem with all ROMs i testet (Redux, GingerVillain, LeeDroid, MIUI).
Does anyone have a solution for me?

i had a similar problem on stock 2.1...my problem was my APN settings (i had a proxy listed and once i removed it, my problem was solved)

I have no entry for the proxy in my APN. :-(
Also i reseted my APN Settings to default - it seems that this is not the problem?!

see if you can find the APN settings for your specific carrier on the internet to check they are correct...other than that, i have no idea, sorry

[Q] Internet Problem with [ROM] Runnymede AIO 6.0.4.1

Hi,
since I'm not allowed to post into the developer section I open this thread here and hope for some answers.
I flashed seb's runnymede AIO 6.0.4.1 Special Edition according to the Guide, 4ext recovery, 1gb ext 4 partition on my 16 GB Class 10 sd card, have hboot cm7/r2, chose AD2SDX, let it settle for some time, rebootet and tried all that again and again about 5 times, also with generic app2SD.
Every time I have the same problem:
When I'm not connected to WLAN the only app that can acces the internet connection is the browser, all other apps and sync try and try but won't get any data. Browser works fine (and faster as on my previous LeeDroid 3.0.8.2 I think) and with a WLAN connection all the apps work.
I searched on XDA, googled it and went through some of the 1600! pages of the original thread but came up with nothing similar.
I really like this ROM, it has everything I desire, sense 3.5, runs very smoothly and other than the known bugs and the described problem it has worked perfectly so far. I really would like to use it for a longer time (until a stable ICS rom + sense comes up ) but with this problem it is not usable.

Strange that you have browser access but nothing else.
In settings>wireless & network>mobile networks> is "enable always-on mobile data" checked?
Same location, is Network Mode set to GSM/WCDMA auto?
Highly unlikely to be the cause but have you tried different APN settings for your network?
With AIO and my o2 network I have to change the settings from those pre-installed.

Rsk v6 or aio? I would uninstall the browser apk using root explorer then install browser apk (take it from the Rom zip) to sd-ext/app_s then reboot

[Q] Stock ROM for Denmark (XB or CP)

Hi,
I recently decided to try CM9 for my I8150, which worked great.
However, now I'd like to restore to the Stock ROM, I've found many guides on these forums explaining how and linking to lists of stock ROMs, but none for my country (Denmark).
Bases on Sammobile list CP or XB is the ones I'm looking for, but i can't seem to find them anywhere not or this forum or thru google-searches.
So, can anyone tell me where I can find one of those ROMs or tell me an alternative way to return to stock?

Thanks for your response, the APN Tweaker didn't do the trick, but it did lead me in the right direction, so everything is now working again.
