Those of you that have tried both wich do you prefer?
Is PA more stable and more sutable fór everyday use?
And has trackpad wake not been added in PAC?
And just what's your general feeling of these 2 roms?
I tried the PA rom and i liked, also i tried more 4.1 roms and all have a bug on the stock Exchange Email app.
Before i configure the setting account the app format my sdcard, so if you use the stock exchange app backup all you sdcard

I just install a custom rom for my HTC DESIRE (Aurora v3)
However there is no Cyanogen Mod Settings... I want a setting to allow keeping Home App (Sense) in memory.
Is there anyway to get that settings for any particular rom ?
Thanks
I think you can't use this aosp app for a sense rom.
SwiftKeyed from dGB using Transparent XDA App
CMparts needs to be compiled with the rom (AOSP only) so yup, theres no way. You need lots of extra stuff to build with it.
thanks.. at least i know it can't be done
Hi everyone, I'm new to CM9, and after successfully got CM9 up and running I have noticed that when I access the themes and lockscreen option in the interface section of settings, it just just says "Preference Stub Temporary placeholder until functionality merged". How do I gain functionality to this?
Thanks.
which CM9 version you tried?
it seems u flashed old cm9 ROM
New CM9 has all functions like Launcher, lock screen & themes working well
I suggest u to try jellybean CM10 or AOKP jellybean
Its very very stable and smooth and fast with almost everything working including Themes, Launcher & lockscreen and GOOGLE NOW

AOKP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1796340
I flashed the AOKP JB ROM and of course lost the stock S3 contacts and calendar. How can I find and install these apps?
Pretty sure that these are built on touchwiz... no touchwiz apps will work on asop or aokp

There were questions about compatibility with some phones and roms So I decided to check some roms and some devices:
I can say... It will not work on any ICS rom.
Roms in which it will work:
°Maclaw's JB AOSP( http://maclaw.pl/) (that I am currently running) You need to delete some system apps like :Gtalk, LatinIM(keyboard;before deleting AOSP keyboard go to GPlay and download Swiftkey trial) Now you need to have like 28mb free on system, you can install it. If it's not working... Unzipp the package and put all files in system in their specific directory. After unzipp there will be a folder META-INF don't do anything with it.
After that just reboot.
° Androidarmv6's CM10.1 ROM( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1804646)
Just install through CWM.
°Old Droid's CM10.1 CODENAME:BAZINGA ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2062676)
Install through CWM... If it's not working do the same like at Maclaw's AOSP
°Erikas JB AOKP( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2173572)
WORKING Simply CWM install
° OldDroid's Paranoidandroid(
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2212062)
Install through CWM. Not installing? Do like at Maclaw's AOSP
It's also working for any CM10 rom!! :victory:
I RECOMMEND YOU TO USE AOSP OR AOKP IF YOU WANT THIS LAUNCHER BECAUSE OF LESS CRASHES, VERY RARE RESTARTS AND SMOOTHNESS :cyclops:
Now the compatible(tested) phones are :Galaxy Gio
Galaxy Fit
Galaxy Ace
And I will test it on MINI too
Credits: *Belyava for launcher+ Awesone widget
*Maclaw for his incredible smooth JB AOSP
*OldDroid for his CM10.1 and Parandroidandroid
*Erikas for his AOKP
*AND me for 6 days of flashing and reflashing ROMS
Hit thanks if you apreciate my time on research
Thanks 4 testing it...
So, the SG4 Launcher can't work on cm7 or GB right...?
