Hi every body
I just bought the super smart phone Htc OneX with viperX rom, but i have problem with auto-rotation. My phone does not rotate any thing . please how i can solve this problem. Is it hardware problem or software? what can i do? it is really disturb me, Any body here faced like this issue?

maybe reflash your rom. mine's working ok i'm on viperx 2.7.1

yes i checked it but still no rotate .. som guys faced like this issue with viperX ROM

Try to flash an aosp rom and look if it's working...just to make sure if it's hardware issue or not.

flash the boot img in fastboot then flash the rom thru recovery and ur done if ur lazy just use a flashing tool

Did you do all full wipe before flashing?
Most autorotate-not-working problems are solved when fullwiping

but now it doesnt work the gps... it doesnt work at all...

gps not fixed!!!!!
got it to work again by flashing stock rom, flash 4.2.1 by codefire, the gps is now working, but it doesnt get locked!!!
it stays forever searching and bleaking!!!!
Any suggestion???

btw.. the step was...
flash stock
reboot bootloader.. flash radio pm..89.zip... cant remember the exact name...
flash 4.2.1... gps works... but no fix location...

Hope someone can help me...I've bought a Desire Hd from Hong Kong....But Dialer and Contact crash on whatever ROM i install ...Can't use it for calling...I tryed Android 2.3.3 with Sense 2.1 ....Android 2.3.5 with Sense 3 ....Viper DHD ...but nothing ...the same issue with all roms...I'm using the phone in Italy with Vodafone

Do me a favor: full wipe and flash ARHD. Make sure you set up your Google account and stuff.

if will not break, there will have 3 results, first, the mod will work perfectly.
second, you will get bootloop
third, you'll get force close. it will not break but i suggest you make a nandroid backup because flashing

You can ake a nandroid backup via Clockworkmod recovery (cwm)
Actually why not just use your status bar as the brightness slider? I find that more convenient

I had carbon rom but i did not have 0% problem with LegacyXperia Kernel, try to reflash it and do a clean install.

I am not sure about this. but i now it is result of downgrade
this problem is famous.you can learn more about it by searching ((zero percent battery))

Every oreo rom has the same problem in my case so I tried nought rom (aex 4.6) now the problem is solved?

had the same problem, flashing the Dragon-Elite kernel fixed it for me. Was using the Pixel Experience rom.
