why sony widgets not working with another launchers.....like GO or Apex
Because Sony made it that way.
If you want Sony widgets get used to using the're launcher, if rooted you can mod and theme launcher.

Don't have links but look in app/theme thread for mods, you will need to be rooted to apply any found there.

I am using modded xperia arc launcher and widgets from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1325108 and also you can mod yourself by following its guide. Its much better.

No you can't. Timescape widget, music player widget and some SE related widgets will not work on other launchers.

You can't. The SE widgets are quite heavily linked to the SE launcher.
It is the same with HTC'S widgets on sense etc
So I cant use this widgets!

You cannot create folder but you can create a separate tab like in Apex Launcher pro.
I have attached the one, I am using. You can search for the latest one in the Forum.
