Indeed there is, just type "skype xeudoxus" in google and you'll find it.
This version allows you to call in the US on 3G

[Q] t-mobile wifi calling on jell bean - link

Not being a dev but one who does use/like t-mobile wifi calling. I was wondering how hard it would be to get this on any of the jb roms we have?
http://code.google.com/p/the-ims-open-source-project-for-android/
Being that it is no longer just an app but part of the framework it is much more difficult, if it were easy all jb builds would have it

On the nexus 4 forums they're using the released ims open source code to develop the framework for all jb capable devices.

You might have to use a third party contacts app to do that. Default People app doesn't have that functionality.

Why would you want to use internet calling when we have something a lot better.
We have WIFI calling and I also use Skype too which is considered to be internet calling.
True but I would like to see that working.... some of the Codecs used. In sip calling are much better..

If you would like to sacrifice Wi-Fi calling for SIP calling then flash a GT-I9505 ROM (don't flash modem though)
