The legendary rom downloads??

What's the difference between the 2 zip files under "full rom downloads", for the legendary rom? Cuz the link qbking has in his video and what's in thread are different.

Your looking for the 2.2 zip... its a full rom where as some of the others where just updates that's the difference.

Yes but make sure to download and install the newest samurai or shadowkernel (bml) once you've installed the rom don't boot up and install the kernel.

2.0 and 2.2 are full downloads and 2.1 is just an update from 2.0. I did not like the scrollable quickpanel dropdown in 2.2 so I stuck with the 2.1 version. If you are trying Legendary out I have made mods for it here:

New Shadowkernel 1.04 is awesome with it.

Ok...bigg, I already have 1.0.4 of shadowkernel. That's what I'm running. Will it be a problem if I install 2.2 legend rom now?

You will have to reflash Shadowkernel right after. It comes with Samurai.

i can deal with that (immidiately flashing shadowkernel), but everything does work on that rom right?

Everything works perfectly on that rom.. best rom out IMO and that is including cm7...

Yes, it is the theme I made up and posted the link to the thread a few posts back. Everything works in all the ROMS except 4G in MIUI and the actual toggle 4G button in CM7. Our Devs are the best.

i installed it...and it's giving problems already. 1. it's lagging. 2. when i tried to take it off of sleep mode, the screen wasn't responding. so now i'm converting back to rfs, and going to put cleangb back on. what on earth happened here?
am i going to have to odin back? please please don't tell me that.

L7J modem

first of all, I apologize if this has been asked earlier. I just got a rooted sprint galaxy s3 and I've been reading that some custom roms requires the L7J modem. I don;t know if mine already has it. I'm running team sonic free jb rom. Can someone informed me about this modem and if I should flash it.

No ROMs require a specific modem. To check just look at your baseband in the about phone section of settings

Well, I have the L710VPL13. Data sucks. Running sonic free jb rom. Does any specific radio works better with this ROM? Maybe this L7J?

From what I have read its always best to use the latest modem . I'm running Jelly bomb 10.2 with LJ7 which is the most current . But if your happy with the do sticm to it and just change modems . Or change roms ,When I flashed jelly bomb the thread has a link for optional modems.

[Q] CM10 and HDMI

I'm a noob and I've read through the posts in the developers forum saying that Sony hasn't released the source code.

(I'm using CM10 and not Stock because I have the "forgotten model" Arc that was never updated from 2.3.4)

No source from sony, probably will never work (if some hacer or developer fix it) on cm and others roms. Only on stock sony certificated.

You could just flash a stock Arc ftf.

I like the look and feel of JB but I guess like with other custom roms I've tried, I can't get all the features I want in one place unless I go back to stock

Take a stock ROM and tweak it to your liking.

I'm too

Need help, getting fl24 update

Rooted fi27 with agat recovery and blue kuban rom. Loving it. I do keep getting the update for fi24. What do I do? I accept, the phone locks up, I reboot into recovery, reboot, and then I'm ok for a couple days until I get the update again.
I want to stop the madness .... What should I do?

You can just unroot back to stock, update it, and then re-root the device. There's a new way to root it with FL24

So do you mean, do a restore back to stock rom, then update then what? The phone is still rooted. Do I need to unroot the phone?

Yes, you Can do that, or just install a custom ROM to update the phone to 4.2.2

The last couple words kinda didn't make sense. I think there's no other way than to un-root it unless there's a flashble zip with the update somewhere

Yes, that is the rom. but im getting the ota for fl24, and I am on agat fi27 v 0.6.8 kernel, it wont run the update and I'm not sure what to do.

What version of this ROM are you on? Are you running the latest or an older version?

use the kernel linked in slim bean 3.1 cdma thread for ota'd devices like yours. lilrob created it. it has minor bluetooth issues but will allow you to use roms lile aokp cdma,slim bean cdma and the rom by mcjesus.
