Good morning.
As per title really. I'm getting my SGS2 in a couple of weeks, and the only thing I'll miss from my SGS is this theme - the best out there by a long way, IMHO.
Pele has kindly given permission to anyone who wants to port his theme to the SGS2 (page 166, post #1656 in original link):
Pele, would you give anyone permission to port** your theme over for the SGS II? I'm sure there's some thrusting go-getter with the tools and the talent, but it sure as hell isn't me...

of course if anyone wants to port ( transfer ) to sgs 2.

Many thanks (and a donation once I get over my Paypal phobia) to anyone willing to try.
A polite bump - now there's a couple of themers on board, hopefully someone can have a look at the possibilities.
Read a theming guide myself yesterday and had a brainfade after about 30 minutes
I highly recommend anyone who like me is a monochromist to have a look at it on the links above - it really is beautiful, very professional and quicker than a coked-up cheetah.
Thanks again - bounty will be paid, promise!
When I've finished porting the GB Theme I will look into porting this, if the opportunity is still there
You star! Many thanks.
Any news on the subject?
I am also looking for a black theme for my sgs 2 to save battery life.
I've already ported the theme - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1131746
Thank you all for posting and amount of help I see given. Really glad I found this site.I have been doing a lot of reading and learning. I just need to get my nerv up so I can root even though nova launcher lets you do so much.
This is my first Android phone and its been great. So much better than my Blackberry.
Thanks again for all you that get on and help us noobs out.
Its extremely easy buddy. I've only rooted a few phones but its easy. Especially Nexus type phones. It took me a few minutes just to do some reading and do the actually rooting and installing a rom. Well like 30 minutes but still not so long

What ho, Note II-chaps?
I'll be getting this phone very soon, so I'll be joining in the fun here.
I just have a few things I want to find out, considering this phone.
This Question Thread is also for any chaps who may come behind me, asking the same questions!
Alright, here we go....
======================
1.] Can this phone take ROMs/kernels/modems from the GT-N7105 (International LTE Note II)? If so, how?
2.] Can this phone take ROMs/kernels/modems from the AT&T Note II (like the interchangeability between Galaxy S2 Hercules and Galaxy S2 SkyRocket)? If so, how?
3.] Last, but not least, can this phone take ROMs/kernels/modems from the GT-N7100 (International Note II)? If so, how?
======================
And there you have it.
Thanks in advance for any and all help given!

These should answer your questions and welcome to the note. We got a great group (for the most part), but please spend a little time reading before asking questions. Many of the questions have been asked multiple times and with very minimal searching you can find an answer. By the way you're in for a treat!

Thanks, man!
Even before I posted this thread, I had a feeling the International to pull from, would be the GT-N7105 LTE.
Allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllrighty then!
I hope my phone comes quickly!!
Hello my mom owns a Sprint Galaxy Nexus. She has been using the phone on Page Plus for the past couple of months. I set it up for her using this guide, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1696621.
I have recently acquired a Samsung Fascinate from my cousin. I wish to use this as a donor phone since the Sprint model only gets 2g without the 3g keys. I have searched for guides on how to extract the keys and use them on the Nexus but they are not written specifically for the Galaxy Nexus which uses dfs. All of the other guides are tutorials for different software. This has been bothering her for the past couple of months because 2g is painfully slow. I would really appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction or helping me in any way. Thank you so much for taking the time to view my thread.
Anyone out there??
Really? No one knows how to help me or even point me in the right direction? I realize that I may have posted in the wrong forum and someone is welcome to move it if it gets me help. I want to activate her phone but she isn't willing to accept 1x.
Really??!! THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP
Wow, I should say kudos to me for my thread getting 154 views and NO replies.:victory: There are hundreds of people on this forum that flashed their phones to page plus, some even used donors, but the one thing they all have in common is their initiative to help others. Thank you all for the invisible, magical insight!:good: Hopefully I can learn from the MOUNDS of responses I have to sort through.:fingers-crossed:
Hey everyone, I just ran across this browsing the web. Thought it looked interesting. It's a Note 7 port. Haven't had time to test it yet, but thought I'd bring it to everyone's attention. If you scroll about half way down the webpage, you'll find the download for the note 4.

Hope is useful to someone! :fingers-crossed:
If someone tries this before I get a chance, please post if it's good. Happy flashing.
Edit: Sorry, I just found out this all originates here on XDA. It's in the Note4 Exynos forum. Here! It probably needs some work to use on our snapdragon phone.
Sorry to confuse anyone, my bad. I jumped the gun.
