Lately after I turn on my phone appears a message that process com.android.phone has stopped. The problem occurred in version 4.1.1, I did a factory reset to version 4.1.2 and the problem persists. Anyone knows a solution?
Try clearing data for the phone app. I had similar problem with contracts storage app

I had the same problem after flashing 4.1.2 rom.
Then I went back to 4.1.1 and this problem disappeared.
Though I'm on 4.1.2 again without the error message. The ways from this thread may help you.
1) run "Fix Permissions" via Rom manager or CWM
2) remove stk.apk from system/app

Hello all. I need some help with the ongoing issue I am having with the last 3 roms I installed. Everytime I go to use the internet it force closes. Then when I try it again it works. Anyone know why this keeps happening? Right now I am running The swagged out stock Rom.

Try going into rom manager and run the fix permissions script and then reboot into recovery and wipe cache and dalvak
I have an ATT Galaxy SIII running the latest build of cyanogenmod (cm-10.1-20130225-NIGHTLY-d2att)
I downloaded GAPPS (the latest one that supports jellybean 4.1.1) gapps-jb-20120726-signed
now whenever I turn on my device it says "com.google.process.gapps has stopped working" a few times then it just keeps saying "Unfortunately, Setup Wizard has stopped." and every time I hit OK a new one just pops up. I cannot access settings or any other app for that matter.
Anyone know how to fix this? If I could get it back to complete factory default, that would be fine too.

You are using an outdated gapps. CM10.1 is based on 4.2.2 not 4.1.2
You need to download the 12/12/12 gapps for them to properly work.

Thanks so much, ill try that now.
Edit:
Thanks a lot, works now
I tried a 4.2.2 ROM Version, let Google Play restore my stuff and halfway through I got a 920 error on everything, so I tried to wipe the dalvik cache and rebooted and still got the error. Then I read up and saw 4.2.2 was buggy somewhat so I figured that was the problem, noticed my internal storage was low so I wiped it before flashing the 4.1.2 rom, successfully flashed it, booted back up and was still getting the same error after initial setup.

I'm back on 4.2.2 cause I thought Fix Permissions would work, but it didn't...
Hey guys
I'm getting the error "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped" after installing a stock rooted ZVB rom. When I tap OK, it just pops right back up, and I'm unable to do anything. I also noticed that the status bar is missing.
Unfortunately, I'm having trouble finding what the issue is
I tried re-wiping and reinstalling, but I'm still getting the problem. I've tried both odexed and de-odexed. I have CWM right now, but I've tried installing using TWRP as well.
Factory reset will fix you I'm pretty sure

Since upgrading to 4.4.2, the clock on the top right keeps freezing, where it just stops updating for hours. I am using Franco kernel and the optimized bionic/dalvik patches, everything else is stock.
Anybody else having this issue? Not sure whether it's related to this issue, but I did flash the razorg system image by accident before updating to 4.4.2. But I did use a nandroid backup to restore a good state before installing the 4.4.2 update.
