Sent from my Sony Xperia™ ion

So it's okay to update? Even on a deodexed rom?
Sent from my Xperia XXX

Yes - it will wipes all previous setting. You have to start again - root & deodex.

Whats the difference or what has changed...i don't want to have to redo everything i did to my phone for no reason...

Sorry, but I only just happened to stumble upon this thread.
The op has quoted the SI number which is not what is on wotan. That SI number is for UK generic which has a customization number of 1254-3206.
at the moment only ics 4.0.3 is out for it. I don't know why is taking so long for Sony to release it but hopefully 4.0.4 will be round soon.

For those that did the upgrade no reason. But plenty of people that haven't manually upgraded are waiting for official. Besides maybe the AT&T build will have some upgrades over the lt28h version.

Just wondering what we can't do? I also have LT28at but I am rooted and on ICS with at&t locked bootloader. Sure we cannot flash custom kernels yet, but sources have only been out a few days.

Is there anything a non developer can do to help? I love my i777 and I'm so excited for my ion I'd love to get ics and jb roms without boot lock. Once I get it I'm gonna try sonys site to see if I can unlock it ik no ones had success. Then I'll talk to Sony see what there plans are on unlocking

Google Play Edition 4.3, when for the ZL?

Google play edition 4.3 has already been ported to the Sony Xperia Z. How we ZL users have not got yet a port when there is not really any difference at all between these two, only couple of drivers and not LTE in the Z version.

Either nobody's decided to port it yet or somebody is but they have other priorities.
Edit: If you mean only the 4.3 play store we had one come out yesterday...

And what exactly do you want that 4.3 has? From what I can tell, it's an extremely minor update.
