hey guys, i have been looking for a while to find the mod where you can change the limit of how many messages it takes to convert it to an mms.
there was one mod out, but that dev has since quit and his links dont work.
im running 4.1.1 omega 27.2 XXLIB
If anyone has downloaded the mod which is compatable with my device, could they please post it?
thankyou in advance.

You could do the mod yourself (which would be in the spirit of xda, rather than getting someone else to do it for you)
Decompile secmms.apk, go to res/xml/mms_config.xml, change this line
Code:
<int name="smsToMmsTextThreshold">4</int>
to 200 instead of 4
cannot read the xml files ;/
im using ++notepad
Use editpad lite...works perfect my friend and its free
Editpad is an great Editor - but in this case...
first of all - you have to decompile the app

Do you have troubles decompiling an app? It is rather fairly easy.. just use apktool here is a guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1772220

i did my own, worked perfectly. but then i came across the omega rom. i flashed that onto my device and that already had the mod along with the sms recipient changed as well. here is the SecMMS.apk i extracted from the omega rom with the mod already done.
i have put it in a zip because it exceeds the limit size for apk's on the site. just extract it before you install it.
Is apk included the mod for unli recipient, send large group of sms?

Hey guys...well I got a goodie from touchwiz. It is an SGS3 themed accuweather widget. And it will work on any launcher. Just flash the zip via recovery. AND you don't need any LIBs or framework...everything thing is there in this. And it will work on any phone with CWM. This also includes a SGS3 themed digital clock widget. If you like it Press the Thanks button.:laugh:. I would say this is latest touchwiz accuweather ported to cm9 or any other rom this also includes one hour auto refresh.
good job :thumbsup
download in progress now
yup, it's working. thanks
Not working for me.
TWLauncher, Messaging, was looping FC. Fortunately I always made nandroid backup before applying themes.

You can extract android.policy.jar from wanam's rom (same XXELK4 for example) open to system change to the right permissions and move to framework (replace) ...by your own risk of course.

Hello there, I just browsed through the Xperia T forums and found this mod. The Mobile Bravia Engine 2, as explained:
Mobile BRAVIA Engine2: An evolution of Mobile BRAVIA Engine delivering an ever better viewing experience by adding a new real-time contrast optimisation and improving sharpness enhancement on top of high quality colour management and noise reduction.

I've tested this mod on CM9 RC1. No problem so far, so if you want to try, you can download this file first:
braviaengine2.zip
This post is updated with the new files for the Bravia 2. Thanks to ibanez7 for teaching me. Download the file and extract its contents, I've put them on the location folder, example:
The content of etc/ to system/etc/
The content of lib/ to system/lib/
Set their permissions to rw-r--r--. And then, add these lines to build.prop:
Code:
ro.service.swiqi2.supported=true
persist.service.swiqi2.enable=1
Save, reboot. Do fix permissions from CWM. Install the SEMC Album and SEMC Movies like normal apk.
If you have the previous Bravia Engine lines on your build.prop, delete them

Hi everybody,
There are three mods which i'd like to have in my rom but they all change android.policy.jar (and two of them change services.jar).
So, here is my question:
How do I change those two files so that I can enjoy all three mods? I tried just decompiled
android.policy.jar (and services.jar) and added the .smail files which were missing, but that didn't
work....

Well there's tutorials for all those. You dont just drop files in. You add each mod individually. You cant for example just add the mod that combines crt, home lag and 4 way. You need to add each of those one at a time.
