Just hold the power off button until it shutdown by itself. Then turn on the phone again whilr pressing the power button + volume up + home button.

It will take you to a screen that shows your radio and hboot using the volume keys to scroll and power button to select highlight recovery and hit the power button

What hidden menu ?
Source on that?
Only source is myself.. If you go into recovery from hboot screen.. when the red triangle with ! Appears I think u press power button or vol up and power and you are met with a menu.. I can't list the options myself as I'm currently on cwm.. I found it while randomly pressing buttons.. have a try and see what you think, don't know if its any use to anyone.. hope so.

I'm on Avatar ROM 4.1.2. The power button doesn't have the screenshot option nor am I able to hold the power key and home button and take a screenshot as well. Is there a way to be able to take screenshots?

Try going to the power menu in settings? Maybe there is a screenshot toggle!!!

I flashed the PACman ROM to my phone but it doesn't have a screenshot function (Power button and home button at the same time) so I tried downloading a screenshot app from the play store but everytime I try to use it, it always crashes, any ideas?

Another thing to try Is pressing power button and volume down exactly the same time for about 3 seconds works on some roms where power and home doesn't work.
