Headset controls - Desire HD Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Not all ROM threads say it or not.
What JELLYBEAN ROM has working headset controls working(if any) and/or what kernel?

Randomblade says in his thread that the headset buttons are right now not compatible with his ROM. I don't think, that a kernel could change that. Just wait and pray

What is the best stable wfs Rom?

Hi, I really want to get a Rom that is stable, has no bugs and everything works
I would also like ics and/or beats audio with it. But that's secondary
Do you have any suggestions?
I'm a new guy here btw
Thanks

Wildchild does not have ICS (otherwise it would have bugs) It doesn't have Beats Audio either but does have an Equaliser which you can use to optimise the sound for yourself.
Hmmm... Do you know any stable beats or ics Roms?

my ROM is ICS based and have beats audio and it's have camcorder, stability, and other cool stuff. You can find it in dev thread it called SpeedDroid ROM.
Best and stable roms would be 99% of those based on gingerbread.
Anything ICS/JB based will have bugs.
Ahh, thanks a lot guys for these responses! I'll check out that Rom you just suggested sounded good! Would you know any gingerbread stable roms? (With beats)

Haha, how ironic, I was just checking this ROM out and drooling over it.
I did notice the working cameras, which is quite nice.
Any bugs, at all?
Can you please send me the link of that Rom please? As I can't see to find it
Thanks

Beats audio can be installed as a mod but the stock sense camera cannot be ported to any other rom other than sense.

Long story short: NO.
If someone ports them to CM it will be available, but not at the moment.

[Q] Do I need to flash the corresponding RIL files for CM and AOKP builds?

Hi all
As the title suggests, is it required? Because i was going through the RIL thread and there it was mentioned those were only for sense roms.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers !!!

No do not mess with Aosp ril. These use a generic one size fits all and a different one would mess things up.
