0.3 version based on LG8 has been available via Goo Manager or my website for a little bit now. But I just got the dreaded update notification yesterday morning, so I ported it over to LI3! I'm just trying to incorporate one more mod before I post version 1.0 officially here.

One thing I don't appreciate about new phones... the increasing rom size! The next version out I will be working to trim as much fat as I can. Previous devices I worked on yielded roms >200 mb. These Galaxy SIII ones take 3 times as much space, 3 times as long to build, and 4 times as long to upload! 14 minutes in 5 minutes to go until it's online.
If you use Goo manager, it should show up under compatible roms shortly after it's online. I'm always trying to improve how I share my work.

I haven't messed with Jellybean yet... I'm curious how much harder it will be to port my work into it. I guess we'll see! :good:.
UPDATE: Version 1.0 is online. Download links are provided on my website. For a couple of reasons. The primary one is that it makes it easier for me to switch out the links on a moments notice since I will be hosting this same thread on other Android sites. But also, it makes sure that you read through [future] directions and important notices as you scroll down to the download links. For convenience, the QR tags posted in the OP are active download links.

I'll throw in my HP Touchpad with my Epic for a clean $450.
Then I can buy myself a better designed, more up to date tablet with a decent battery life. :victory:
Maybe the Galaxy Note 10.1... not happy with a resolution on a screen twice the size that matches my phone though.
Good to see another OG Epic dev here. You did great work with the Epic, I'm sure you won't disappoint here either.
EDIT: Just wait for the Samsung Nexus 10 tab

INFORMATION ON NEXUS EVOLUTION
Nexus Evolution is built off of AOSP now. Did this because I wanted to start the framework all from stock and put what I personally wanted into the rom from the start. Vendor folder is based off of the developers from EVERVOL. I did this because I liked the way they had there set up and the scripts and I was somewhat a noob so to be honest I was lazy and lacked the time to do it at times. Rom is very fast and responsive and somewhat light which the goal I'm heading towards. I hope you enjoy!!!

INFORMATION ON ME & NEXUS EVOLUTION
Now I am not a full time developer. I am a wanna be developer learning android more and more every day.I have been trying to learn it since the og droid days. Started off theming for a long time then decided to finally step it up a notch. I am not a pro at github and I am still learning it just like I am with building a rom. You can see this as I deleted my FRAMEWORK_BASE a dozen times because of me having to do pull requests and this was messing up my source on my desktop. I do this as a hobby and am learning all this on my own. I didn't go to school for development.

After using the ROM for a few I've got to say its pretty smooth and fluid. One thing though, Google now execution is a tad slower .. I use it a lot so its noticeable. Might want to look it up there. Speedy GPS lock, camera works great.

Nice rom, with just the right amount of mods, not too overly crowded, works great with the #283 Air Kernel. Could'nt make the start-up tweaks to stick though, had some missing init.d files...so I just copied pasted some files over from a similar rom, works ok now.
Really a greate ROM!!! Fast, smooth and very good battery life.. Thanks to developer!!!!

Its the ones that doesn't say "only Toro"
The one for maguro is the first one in the current list...... DarkHorse Revolution 2.1 (Evolution 2.1.1 Only!!!!!)
The second one in the list is the DarkHorse Apps, you would want to flash those as well to complete the look of the theme.
I got it to work. When I did the download yesterday and again last night the latest version listed as 2.1 actually downloaded 2.0 (maybe he hadn't uploaded 2.1 yet) which didn't match up. This morning the latest listed download 2.1 did in fact download as 2.1, the Gapps also went from V1 to V2. After downloading these everything went smooth. Looks awesome and I can't wait to take it fro a ride. Thanks for all your help.

Nah. It's known that 4.2.x consumes more battery. I just wonder if any head way has been made to control it better.

I have similar battery life to 4.0 as well. The difference is something along the lines of 20 minutes of screen time. Idle is about the same in my case.
Some early 4.2 builds had a system process that got out of hand. Most if not all builds at this point have that fixed. 4.2 also eats battery for the first hour or so as well, since it tries to download your apps from Play Store. Once you get past that, it evens out to about the same.
thank u all for the new rom! downloading or even opening ur website is very slow here too. just got it downloaded ! it runs awesome for a beta ! Thank You !

Actually battery is amazing on galaxy nexus on 4.2 Roms, you have to factor in that crespo4g batteries are pretty old and diminished if your using the same battery ever since your first purchase of your phone.

I have a hunch that it has more to do with the gnex and above having multiple processors vs the ns4g only having a single processor... I think this one has to work harder for the same tasks that a multi-core system would do with relative ease...
So an example would be a photosphere image... It might take around 3mins for my phone to process that image... The entire time running with the screen on and high frequency... Whereas the gnex might be able to do it in 1-2mins, essentially cutting the time in half and using much less "peak" power...
That's the only thing i can think of on why these phones don't do as well with +4.1... I could be way off but this is what i tell myself and it makes sense lol
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
So, in the past I have tried to create bible apps for previous phones, but I continuously ran into some health problems but I have been well for quite awhile now and I decided to build a bible for the GS3. I have been working on this for about a week and a half, and happy to finally be able to release an alpha version.
****This thread will be constantly under construction until I have it organized!
But the app currently only supports the d2tmo and d2att, but will support ALL US models, but will not include international.
The app will have a ROM bible, a recovery bible, and a kernel bible, but this alpha version currently only has the ROM bible. I am slowly adding more ROMs into I have all the ROMs listed. *edit* Now includes ROM and Recovery Bibles. AT&T ROM Bible coming soon, but AT&T Recovery Bible has already been released!
I am looking for six roms to sponsor in the app, I will post a screenshot showing the benefits of being sponsored. Please message me if you are interested in me sponsoring your ROM!
But enough of my talking for now, I will post screenshots following this message, along with two virus scans and a download link!

DanDroid it is the most stable and fastest I have used so far for my ATT GS3
Its this gonna be like a showcase where ROM devs need to pay to get their ROM showcased? I am asking this question 'cos of the word "sponsored" being mentioned at nearly all places.

No no not at all!! Not charging devs at all! The only thing I would ask, was for them to suggest my app to their Rom users!

I will most definitely talk to the creator about sponsoring their Rom. Because it is a really sick Rom!

Gotcha. So its like a repository. I would suggest Intergalatic. Been using for over 6 months now, and its rock stable.
Nothing loads (blank sections everywhere there should be internet-based content) and there's no mention of the fact that the "AT&T" model is actually the same model as over a dozen other carriers. Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Awesome I would really appreciate it, been out of town working on it, so big update coming within the next couple of days. I have completely changed the way that the Rom bible looks and the initial screen where you choose which bible.

Your app doesn't work and would probably be much better off as a website. I understand this is one of the first versions, but why are you making this Windows-only and runs-on-local-machine instead of doing the much easier option of making a website?

Make sure you have .net framework 4.5 installed. And a website would honestly be simply pointless, I don't think people would.choose a starter bible website for the s3 when they could check xda just as easy. I somewhat feel the same with my app but was gonna give.it a try

Sorry, I re-read my post and I didn't mean to come off as harshly as I did. I appreciate what you're trying to do here, although I think it could be a lot more useful if it included a ROM installer, recovery flasher, etc.

It's fine, but those are in the plans. Gonna have a downloader built in also instead of having to go through a browser to download. Just out of.town atm so getting the basic stuff done at first and I fly.back in town Saturday so I will be working.hardcore on this soon. Thanks for the suggestions also, I will get those.built in for you.

Facts:
- -O3 Optimized
- Based off of CM
- Themed apps with the idea of beauty and elegance in mind. (WIP)
- All non-system/Google apps you see (Experience Project, Help Center, Changelog, etc), have been built from scratch by me. Unique, right?
Why?
Android is cool... right?
Yeah.
It seems like it is the same thing every time. You download a ROM, set it up, blah blah blah.
That gets boring. And boring is bad. It leads to trouble, and trouble is even worse.
I want this ROM to be YOUR ROM. Not some 'ROM' you use. F*** that. Originality is cool.
I personally created the following apps you will see:
-Experience Project
-HelpCenter
-GAppsCenter
-XPChangelog
and am currently working on several more. This is MY way of breaking out, and trying something original. Let's hope it'll turn out decent, right?
Oh, and the freaking awesome new MMS you're going to see, was personally, and painstakingly, modified by me. Consider it 'THE' MMS for 4.4, or rather, what I think it should've looked like. That to me is my absolute prized posession. I had dreamed about doing it for months, gained the knowledge, and executed the s*** out of it. Hahah. We're talking HOURS and HOURS of tedious editing to make sure it looked PERFECT. So, please, try giving that a try, instead of using HangOuts. Even for 5 minutes. Or at least pretend to like it so I don't get bummed out. <-- Ignore this for now
All joking and immaturity aside though, I worked incredibly hard on this ROM, doing nearly all of the work by myself (Seriously, Chromium is an awesome artist). So, please, enjoy this ROM.

Mbq. Any way to change dpi. I have a strict 320 or GTFO out policy since the first slim builds on the gnex. Makes me wanna kill kittens.
Other than that, fantastic job sir. Messaging app looks outstanding.

I'm really sorry guys.
0.1.1 is on its way.
In lieu of priority, I'm going to hold off updating any changelogs.

Don't apologize. It's called alpha for a reason. This is what we are doing, debugging.

Here's a log of my boot. Maybe it'll help track the data issue down

Awesome. Thanks man.
I'll post a build WITH a dialer, and try and fix that data thing by the time I roll this thing out to a whole bunch of devices.
How do you guys like it so far? Well, what works of it. Hahah. Please, be brutally honest.
