You're going to get hammered for posting this in the development section. This belongs in Q&A. You can't unlock your bootloader without risking voiding your warranty. Check out the general forum. There are a few threads about it.

You're in the wrong forum (international hox) and wrong sub-forum (development, not Q & A).

Need help with my one X and bootloader

Hi fellow members, I recently came into a one X and wanted to root and get rid of the sense possibly, but I'm having trouble with the bootloader and unlocking it. I've submitted my token id and get a error that tells me mid not allowed. This phone is att and is running 4.1.1 build 3.18*******, I know in when I boot to bootloader it says hboot 2.14. I've also used the Cid getter app and it said Cid is ] : [cws_001] and I see the name evita and I notice more people talking about endeavor. Can someone please help me get this thing unlocked and rooted please. Thanks for any help in advance this is my first device to cause such a problem. Others have never made me ask for help like I am now.

Wrong forum. You have a HTC one XL dual-core phone. This forum is for the quad-core tegra 3 phones.

Do you have an evita or endeavor?
I have an endeavor, and my bootloader is unlocked, but probleme is for root ?
Best Regards,
Pedroleroi.
You're in the wrong forum. This is the HTC One XL /at&t One X (Evita) forum, you need to go ask in the HTC One X (Endeavoru) forum. If your bootloader is unlocked all you should need to do is flash a custom recovery and then flash a Superuser zip to get root. Ask in your device forum to be sure though.

Unlocking the bootloader does not S-OFF the device, and it is not required to root your phone. You would know that if you had read countless posts on unlocking and rooting the phone
Which post solve my problem please guide me sir I can't find correct post.... @vino
