A ported CWM 6.0.1.4 based over our official Recovery from LG (the useless one).
Ported using Jenkins auto-builder, just to see what happens.
It works finely, with small bugs. But I guess it can be used on daily-basis, as the bug is from image-part
ADVANTAGES:
- The latest version
- Fully compatible with Rom Manager (tested)
- Don't have any major bug
- Fast
BUGS
- Some oversized backgrounds

I just updated the links in the original thread in "Android Themes"and thought i might as well post it here as it is suitable for our screens.
I wanted to create a very small(file size),simple and smooth bootscreen, and decided to base it on cyanogen-mod logo.
As i've described above the file size is very small, less than 500kb!!, and runs extremely smooth.

good one, like
wow.like very much. it work´s in cyanogendmod 9 IML74K 4.0.3 for sgs2.. thanks for the job..
pd. work´s perfectly.
First off this is NOT my development and I am merely sharing with a modded version that suits our little Ace.
This mod was found in the General Themes section. Here is the link to the thread.
First off, it would NOT work on MIUI or Paranoid Android or any heavily modded CM9 versions. It would work with any pure CM9 or CM9 that has slight mods to the SystemUI and Framework-res.
So please make sure you get a backup before you try this.
Procedure:
1. Boot to CWM
2. Make a Backup
3. Mount System
4. Flash

I simply downloaded the file and included the correct updater-script for our Galaxy Ace and re-uploaded.
This is all thanks to nitinvaid so head over to his thread and click thanks. But please don't flash his file since it will cause a status 0 error in CWM.

This is the Android 4.4 Kitkat bootanimation.
It is optimized for our GS3's 720p display!
Installation Guide:
1. You must first have custom bootanimation enabled for whatever ROM that you're using.
2. Download the file and place it to your internal storage [recommended].
3. Reboot into recovery and install zip from your SD card.
4. Reboot your device and enjoy the google like bootanimation.
** You can use this mod by anbech to enable and disable custom bootanimation. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1897969
Previews:
I couldn't get the zip to flash via recovery, but I was able to extract the boot animation file from the zip file, and install it via ROM Toolbox on my Ravr M using KitKat.
thanks!

Great idea, thanks you. I will try it :good:
ME301t
I can confirm it to work with ME301t.
Got problem with corrupted recovery and succeed in flashing one using the tool.
Does this work with an unlocked bootloader?
Theese Splash screens are only for the d2att (i747 / i747M) Samsung s3! Flashing it on the i9300 WILL brick it! Do it at your own risk!
Perform a full backup of your android OS before flashing!
I made them and tested them on my galaxy s3 I747M With Lineage OS 14.1 and it works fine!
ENJOY!
