DARK_SYS(tem)​
DARKSYS is a customized version of galnet's stable MIUI ICS/Gingerbread DHD bulid, DARKSYS focuses on being a sleek and smooth experenice as well as being a tribute to the dark miui theme . I Bulit this rom as a STABLE build of MIUI, If you do not like to update your phone every week this build might be for you as this version gets updated every so often (monthly).
I am currently focusing on the theme at this point, all features SHOULD be working and STABLE.

So far so good its android 2.3.7 minuit gravely themed. Very snappy and responsive so far will give more feed back when I have a full day or 2 on it. Thank-you Dev. For ur help keeping mytouch 4g's alive.

Might be cause he edited the screen res.
I just changed mine back to 240

CRT Screen-Off for the GSIII

Hey guys, one of my buddies bought a GS3 but he seems to be really jealous of the CRT Screen-Off animation that I have on my GNex. Is there any way to install it on his S3 ?

It doesn't appear to be working on the SGS3. It's a Samsung issue.

still no working solution yet on stock sammy rom. only way to get it on ur s3 would be to flash CM/aokp and their derivatives.

Flash a paranoidandroid or cm9 or some aopk rom and your friend will have the CRT effect.
Ηopefully devs bring it to samsung's roms..

Same here, tried v23 Omega...unfortunately can't support...once JB can support I'll go for it....

Crt off effect comes default checkrom v5. Try that

Install the app "screen off and lock" there are several effect for screen off.

Dl xposed installer and tweakbox. Make sure his phone is rooted.

In Screen off and lock the effects work only if you tap an icon, not with normal screen off.

Don't work on jellybean roms.

Hi,
Do i understand it right, you need this on a JB rom?
'cause i only know it so far from Omegas ICS roms, there is a package for the CRT effects in his Omega Files Kitchen you can install with CWM. it works here on a GSG3 with omegas 13 rom.
haven't tried the JB series though, want to wait 'till JB is officially out an omega has cleared a few of the last problems.

Edit: I'm running paranoid android on cm10 and it alr comes with it. Anw it is also a great ROM with great developers Not promoting whatsoever but guess you can try it out.

crt-off was working on LI8 using Jkays mod. However, on LIB it is no longer working and JKay has to fix it.

It's based off of the stock shipped Rom that came with the phone.I zipaligned the apps, deoxed the Rom deleted some pointless widgets, rooted,installed busybox, and I accidently deleted it while deleting some apps. I am adding it in another build and deleting some bloat, in a day or two it should be posted.

I will try my darnest! i need to figure out how to theme the ui and settings before I do that though!:silly:

Update: New build should be up by or before wednsday, having complications with setupwizard.apk

Good job with this. I like the lessened bloat. I had done something like this with my previous phone (htc wildfire s) and thought about doing it with this one as well but you beat me to it keep it up.

Same issue as angry htc 2.0(personalize fc) Will have that fixed in the next build! Any more bug let me know!

I tried to download and it took me to Google Drive? It said I have to request access... what should I do? and also does this ROM have the quick settings like the myonevrc9? I'd like that in future builds if possible and advanced power menu if not already in here... I mean if you want to put them in this rom, if not I can always just download and add them myself after flashing the rom it's all good cuz it's YOUR rom

This ROM is a port from the PrimoU CDMA-ified. I've done no hard work here. All the work was done by Ruling and MameTozhio. I bring this to you all out of an unexplainable love for Android. hey nice rom McJesus. Here are the cricket mms apns settings:
Carrier=Cricket
Apn=Cricket
Proxy=wap.mycricket.com
Port=8080
Username="add your devices MDN in this spot" @mycricket.com
Password=cricket
MMSC=http://mms.mycricket.com/mycricket/mms.php
not sure how the apns is on this rom but the apns.xml is either in framweork-res.apk or its in system/etc called apns-conf.xml. should be able to manually edit them in so cricket users can use mms.

Tried it, wifi does not work as you mentioned, but android.process, keyboard etc was force closing too, so had to remove, could get the cam to work either

Honestly this is the smoothest miui I've used. I can get 6000+ on antutu. The Wi-Fi is a missing module. I just haven't figured out which one

Check attached. 6000+ isn't an every single test score but I haven't had one below 5800 that wasn't messed up. I run mine at 1900mhz with smartassv2 Governor all day and get that battery life with average use and greenify (G+, FB, Maps, etc. take up excessive ram and make the processor run harder. Also any games I install are greenified since games tend to have ads or run in the background for no reason).

i think you can get rid of the roaming indicator message by changing out the eri.xml from any 4.1.2 compatible rom. file is in framework if i recall correctly.

I looked at the latest probam 4.3 and that seems to have a selection of roms functions including cm10. Take alook at that if you wish too. I am on viper x Rom sense 5 and that has loads of tweaks.

I'm currently on viper 4.0 but I don't see any tweak with dialer... I pushed phone.apk into system app folder but I get android.phone has been closed

Shock, the CM phone app doesn't work in Sense.
There are a few skins out there but not many. There is certainly not a CM skinned dialer for Sense 5 on HOX at the moment. Haven't had it long enough.
I think the new dialer looks sweet. Definitely better than 4+.
