They're probably just waiting for a new official Rom to drop, you have to realize they have lives and aren't going to be constantly updating Roms just to keep people happy.
If you really HAVE to know then just PM one of the members.

unless im not seeing it i dont see a thread for this rom. just wondering if anyone using it did not get the red theme with it. i flashed it 2 weeks ago got the red keyboard etc. screwed up my phone and now when i flashed it again the red is gone. does anyone know if it was taken out because of problems or if im just flashing the wrong one? im on marcus v3. thanks

Sigh...... I keep getting fc's on my damn xda app. Ill move it in a little bit.
Edit: Grabbed the 3d and moved it. And expect another sticky thread coming soon to a theater near you about questions in the dev section. I'm about to start just deleting them and infracting. I've tried to be nice about it, but it's getting really old to myself and senior members here.

I received an update this mourning.

I am running 2.3.6 on my galaxy s2 unrooted. It was on it when I bought it. This mourning I wake up and it says there was an update for it. So I did the update but it still says im on 2.3.6 the only thing I see different is the lock screen. I was wondering if anyone else got this and what exactly is different

True that except for that last part some of us have to use kies and dont recieve otas for some reason or other and rely on forums to know when to go check instead of checking everyday.

Now, for your question, there are developers working very hard on jelly bean at the moment, they have just been running into hiccups and roadblocks. Patience is much appreciated and please do not ask for an eta or do something like this again, because it will be met with absolutely argumentation and flames will be had. Nice. Apex and UCCW? I love using it except I really need a drawer and cant figure it out yet and just lazy to do the design. Was lazy cause of the rooted HTC phone and several rom changes/.

The t-mobile s4 is only in few peoples hands atm. The public will not have it in there hands until may 7th. That is the earliest people will get it. You don't even have one yet, so why make a thread without contributing to it?
