It has to have that version number and "endeavoru" in the name.
Or, maybe the 2.17.751.x as I think the bootloader has not been updated.

You need to find a RUU with x.xx.751.x
I cant see the network provider that that code represents: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=31558256&postcount=54
If you can get into fastboot type the following "fastboot getvar cid" and hit enter. Once you find your cid have a look on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=16186408&postcount=1 to find your provider.
Once you have your provider try and find the correct RUU (you can not flash a lower RUU than the one already installed) http://www.filefactory.com/f/7cc7b2fbdd03c031/
Make sure you relock your bootloader by typing in fastboot "fastboot oem lock" and then flash the RUU in fastboot.
If you cant find the rom pm football as he might be able to get it.
Hope it helps

The Ruu keeps saying that i need to get the right RUU version. But my phone is unbranded so any WWE should be fine right. I already relocked the bootloader through fastboot, so that is not the problem.
I hope that one of you is able to help me.

Well the problem with this is that im relocked, and i have no idea how tu un-relock it. I googled for it, but could not find a clear anwser anywhere.
Edit 1: I've tried to run the ruu with a goldcard i created, but i ended up with the same result. I find this very strange.
Anyone who can help me out with this pls
Re-unlock the same way you unlocked the first time, with fastboot. How did you make a goldcard and what RUU?

So using HTC-dev again, i created the goldgard using the goldgard img helper ( cant remember by who, but he deserves the credits). And then used different ruu's. But the one i ended up using was RUU_Ace_Sense30_S_HTC_WWE_3.12.405.1 and then the radio and such.

[Q] Soft Bricked My HTC,please help.

Hey i bought a HTC one X from Ebay. it already came rooted and with S-off .. so i decided to flash rom and i downloaded a wrong ROM and wiped system by mistake. Now my phone has no ROM installed in it and i wiped my system. ADB is not working because i did not enable debugging. SO i cannot sideload a ROM. what should i do now ? Fastboot is working though.
I tried flashing many RUU's but i dont know which region it is. can any one tell me what ruu should i use ? Oh and i forgot , i flashed a wrong boot.img and recovery.img also , so i dont know what boot.img i should flash also. But i have s-off i should be able to flash anu RUU right? why is it not happening ? Thanks !!

Go into fastboot, open CMD on computer, type "fastboot oem lock", then in fastboot open the file you downloaded
That should flash a stock rom

[Q] Upgrade HBOOT

Hi
I have the International HOX. It is running HBoot 1.31.
Do i need to upgrade HBoot to enable flashing new custom ROMS, such as Lollipop? I have lots of trouble installing new ROMs 4.4 or later
If so how do I update the HBoot? I have see tutorials for installing custom ROMs and they all seem to show HBoot of 1.36 of later.
Thanks in advance
Geoff
Upgrate hboot.
1. Start phone in fastboot Usb mode and execute in cmd command line >
Code:
fastboot oem lock
2. Then reboot
Code:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
3. Flash the update
Code:
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
. Where firmware.zip is a higher hboot
4.
Code:
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
. where unlock_code bin is from unlocking procedure.
Thanks but now i have more questions
1. Do i need to upgrade HBOOT to something later than 1.31 to install Lollipop ROMs? That is my original question
2. If i do need to upgrade, the there do i get the files you mentioned in your post? (eg firmware.zip)
Thanks

bad really bad read post №86 but you must to change the android-info.txt and return to stock I sugest you to download RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_JB_45_S_HTC_Europe_3.14.401.31_R_Radio_5.1204.162.29_release_302015_signed.exe and edit android-info.txt to 3.14.401.620
The other way is to flash latest hboot directly with fastboot and then install lolipop with the procedure from post #2 I think this will be the ease way. Attached file must be your firmware.zip
Thanks for the info

Installing Lolipop RUU from Marshmallow, S-OFF, unlocked

Hi, my phone is currently S-OFF running on marshmallow, but I would like to install the RUU below due to the issue with my phone's IMEI. Apparently the IMEI is lost and that's causing no network detected.
RUU_M8_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_hTC_Asia_WWE_4.19.707.2_Radio_1.25.21331147A1.06G_20.69.4196.01_F_release_414204_signed.exe
The problem is I keep getting the [error] 159 image error when trying to run the RUU, the phone is unlocked.

Do fastboot getvar all and post the result (delete IMEI if applicable, and serial number, before posting), so we can see info about the phone.

RUU is correct for your version. The RUU is Lollipop, and the present main version on the phone is Marshmallow. Normally, its okay to "downgrade" with s-off. But there has been a change with Marshmallow, where if you try to go back, you need to flash the 4.19.707.2 firmware first, then the RUU should install properly.
Not sure if you will find the 4.19.707.2 firmware posted anywhere. But if not, you can look in your Windows temp folder for ROM.zip after trying to run the RUU. Inside ROM.zip, you should find firmware.zip.

I couldn't seems to be able to locate the ROM.zip file you mentioned anywhere in Windows temp file, after running the RUU.exe.
