first i moved to q&a cause this is a question not original development. Now IM gonna close the thread cause all you have to do is read the op of the roms and find out if it has what you want.

There are apps but it depends on the phone. I could never get the epic to do it. Just use a digital recorder through earphone jack. Works

I've had the pleasure of trying that out....works like a charm saves to your sd card plays back crisp and clear. I think there's another thread around here with an apk or file of some sort to use. Not 100% positive on that tho

HAHA.. Thanks funny man. It was one of those stupid questions when the obvious answer isn't obvious to the person asking.
I also forgot to add a title so to this thread, sorry about that folks.
Just make backups of everything, and restore if something goes haywire. Or if you're not sure about a specific process or apk, Google it specifically. Stuff some people consider bloat other people think is useful. I delete Google Talk and stock gallery, and I run CM10, which is pretty bloatless.

I really liked the camera app on my Asus 7" HD tablet. Tried to use the same app on my phone, but its like combination of apk and odex.
Could anyone please make these two into an apk that I can use on a deodexed ROM. Please.
