Can someone port the Xperia Ion GB keyboard over to ICS? I really miss the swype-esque gesture typing....

Why not get the real swype keyboard?
I just really like the Sony one. Its aesthetically nicer IMO and I like the features. If it ends up not being possible to port I'll just get swype.
Edit: found a port from the Xperia S....

Hi,
I don't really like the look of the new keyboard in 2.3.4, is there a way to change the layout back to the previous version's keyboard?
The new one has ALL these bolded letters..
Thanks!
Change your fonts or install another keyboard.

So i have been playing around with my T989 for a while, and both the Samsung keypad and the Swype keyboard are not too great. Anybody know where to find the stock 2.3 keyboard (LatinIME.apk) anywhere?

In the Android games and apps section there's a ton. Or use Google keyboard. Looks close, swypes, and learns much better
