I love it. But can you make a version with widget toggles at the top? Its kind of annoying to have them on the bottom.

Another thing Ive noticed in the layout is that even if the "Hide on change" option in cyanogenmod settings > interface > notification power widgets is disabled, the drop down notification "hides on change" by default.

It works with the latest nightly (it will works with all the nightlies so far). The hide on change issue is because how you touch the buttons. It won't happen with the power widgets on top.
When are you going to upload the layout with power widgets on top?

You'll need to copy it to system/app using root explorer. Set the permissions as per the standard settings.apk.
Oh and take a backup of the original file in there before hand...just in case.

Have you change the permissions? Try fixing permissions on CWM recovery. If it still doesn't work, then it means your firmware is not compatible

Well I tried it and everything was themed except the battery icon...but after a while it made that vibration when something crashes and then the phone just got stuck and wouldn't do anything and then restarted after a while.

Open the zip file then go to vrtheme then system then framework and delete these folders:
Simp-res.apk
Lktog-res.apk
Framework-miui-res.apk
Flash it and it will hopefully work without problems

If you like my work, press thanks
awsome!!! but, my battery bar has a green color finish and your samples shows a white inner color, there's any possibility that you'd add the carrier's name or logo whatever (?)
Fix the screens pls

It's very similar to what I'm going to do for eXistenZ v2.0.5. However, it is not complete. Some icons are not really iOS (there are 4.4 icons in the mix), which is something I'm going to do (try to do most of them, at least). Besides, some bits of the iOS look (carrier name) isn't there.

So you did something really wrong, because that mod can't cause that.

Well, something caused it, and it wasn't the SystemUI mod. The biggest problem you'd have after boot with a problematic SystemUI would be just a phone without your status bar...
