Why you want the X10 Rom?
I think people nowadays search for xperia S Rom, n now there are many custom rom xperia S look for xplay

It won't work. It shouldn't be too hard to port, but I don't think there is any developer that will even consider it. And it'll be quite hard to get the touchpads working.
Use Dixperia for same experience.
Problem solved.

Can anyone tell me if I should root my Xperia arc S?? I still have 4 months of warranty remaining. Although the sole reason pushing me to root is the sluggishness and seldom freezing. Please advise!!
Phone currently running with ICS 4.0.4

No one can tell you what to do, the best thing to do would be to look around and compare the pro's and con's. If you do root don't sweat about the warranty, you can just flash an ftf or do a repair via pcc. Both would return you straight to stock

u wont lose your warranty if you root your phone!!!
Can you help me with rooting my Xperia arc S ?? Currently running on ICS 4.0.3

Seems both phones have the Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon board both with Adreno205 and 512 Ram and 376 Rom (If I remember right)
They have identical specs for the vital parts so it is worth a try,
Anyway I recommend you Slimbean by CJ360 (Gave me the smoothest JB Experience - With 210 Ram which was a record for me)
Yea well you can be the tester for people also wanting to do this but make sure you get the same radio as your phone

hi
I heard that jb has added USB audio support to android. does this exist in arc s jb ROMs, also? how can I check that? is it also kernel related?
Sent from my Xperia arc S using xda app-developers app
You can check the Arc development section and see the listed specs of JB ROMS... Im running CyanogenMod 10 JB and i don't think it has this option...
