The stock email app on the interational version of the Note II (N7100) allows html emails and sub folders to be seen. It also allows emails to be moved to any folder or subfolder (which are seen in the same manner in which they appear in outlook.) The stock email app on the s3 does not do any of this (consistent with older samsung smartphones). I know I can use touchdown and get these issues dealt with, but is there anyway to get the Note II stock email app over to the S3? Would love to be able to do it and use the natural integration that comes with it (and does not occur with touchdown). Thanks for any insight on this - bshaw100.
Does anyone see a reason to have both or what is the reason for you to prefer one over the other?

Haven't been able to figure out if there's an option to do "Checklists" in S Note. So I have to use Evernote specifically for that.

Actually, if you are looking for a sort of checklist like feature in s note, what i do is on one page i have the 4 x 2 snote calendar widget and click the "+" button and on the top it has "calendars" and "tasks". By selecting this I am able to use a checklist.
Evernote syncs across all my devices, phone, work phone, work laptop, home pcs. Was really hoping s-note would talk to evernote like the htc notepad app does.
Not sure if this has been answered before, and apologies if it has - just couldn't find a definitive answer yet. Would my S Notes and Scrap book sync up between the Note 3 and the Note 10.1 2014 ED ? Being able to edit them on both devices is also important to me.

How many people you think went out and bought 2 expensive shiny toys together? I'm guessing not many.
Old version of S Notes synchronized well between my original 10.1 and 8, both were running the same version. If Note 3 has the same version, then I don't see why they wouldn't sync. You can also post in Note 3 forum, more phones are sold than tablets.
S Note syncs up between note 3 and note 10.1 2014 with evernote. I have them and do it daily… I will look into scrapbook and get back to you.
Scrapbook does aswell. You have to login to the same samsung account on both devices. In scrap book tap menu ⇨Accounts⇨ that will pop you to a samsung account sync page just make sure that scrapbook is checked and you are good to go. I just did it and, poof scraps everywhere… lol
P.S. yes some of have lots of "disposable income" to buy expensive shiny new toys… just had to chill my feel to resist the gear too… however I just might…

Thanks Bizack. I was almost certain that this was possible however, I just needed to make sure. Samsung has surprised me before with some odd decisions.

Hi, I have a quick question about the evernote syncing. Do you have to select notebooks to sync or does it do all of them by default ? Also, is this 2 way syncing i.e. if you sync a note with evernote and then change it later is the update then synced back to the note in evernote ? If I change the note in evernote (assuming I can - maybe using Skitch) does that change get synced with S-Note ?

For some reason s-planner does not synchronize between my note 2 and my note 10.1. I have all the synchronize options on except for Google+ and gmail. I use the Samsung email app. I'm not sure what is wrong. Maybe other people have the same issue or have a solution for this. Tnx

I really miss the old S Planner/S Memo from the Galaxy Note II which allowed the adding of post it notes on individual days in the monthly calendar view as well as the adding of S Notes to individual entries. Does anyone know if there is a port of these 2 apps for the Note 3 so I can replace the stock app with the Stock app from the Note II.
