Google IMEI guy there are ways to fix it but you got to do a little research. Also have you tried to use Kies and flash some official software over what you have. Also have you tried a factory reset? You have not listed any thing you may have done to remedy your issue so we can eliminate them

Help. Emergency Calls Only

As title says my HOX is stuck at Emergency Calls Only. I'm on stock Rom with Unlocked Bootloader and root. Also, i have access to my contacts, numbers, IMEI, and data so I don't think is HW issue. I have replaced SIM card and problem is the same. Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance
Did you try a factory reset ?
You Mister, Should not buy stolen phones.
Yes I did a factory reset and the phone isn't a stolen one. It was a brand new phone.
Are you sure you are installing your sim card in the correct way, side?
Sorry for maybe stupid question, but sometimes it happenes.
Is your phone carrier locked? If it's and you are having same carrier sim card you should go to them and ask for help.
No problem that your boot is unlocked.

That's kinda weird....his imei would be blocked !
And as for the problem.....i would go to the shop where it came from. If you tried a factory reset and it is on stock software.....not much we can do about that. If its not working on stock software i don't think a custom rom will save you
Did you try your SIM with another phone / hox ?
If I try the SIM card on another phone it works. All problems came since I updated to JB. I was on a custom ICS, the relocked and OTA, reunlocked for root and recovery and 3 days later problems started.
You might want to take it back. If you have warranty.

Seems my IMEI changed while flashing. Can I restore my old IMEI somehow?

Hey all. Got a brand new Note 3 about a week and a half ago from a T-Mobile store and it stopped connecting to network last week. I've been having a back and forth with T-Mobile and I was told that my IMEI was blocked and I was told to exchange the device. I found out today that the IMEI on the phone does not match the IMEI on the box. Seems this IMEI was blocked for non payment. Can the IMEI change from flashing roms? It's it possible to restore it somehow?
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Ok short answer, NO.
It is not possible for a rom flash to change an imei. The rom is on a completely different partition. There is a lot more work involved in changing that and a simple flash would never be able to accomplish it.
if your imei on the phone doesnt match what is on the back of the phone then you need to take it back.

Where did you buy it from?
I highly recommend you do as the carrier suggests. Take the time to go visit them and do things "above board".

Auto reboot after kingroot

Yes ...actually the problem is as follows. It's a second hand phone and in settings/about phone ,there was info SM N910F.Later i ve found in samsung recovery this N910AUCU2COC6.
But it was late already ,i had a soft brick without a back up ,i thought.
Factory reset fixed it ,back up was there too in google, but still,I also get two different imei and s/n numbers from software and back cover samsung label sticker.
So...for now , i can't root..! Looks like It's been too long since i 've rooted a misconfigured samsung phone, lol, or pottentially even fake. .Can anybody advice on how to find correct model version so i can proceed or...anything really.?Bit lost here.
