You can try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1437840
On the arc it's CWM, if your bootloader is unlocked use fastboot to flash doomlords latest kernel, it's pre-rooted and comes with cwm. If your bootloader isn't unlocked then check the development section on how to, plus the rest...

I was just trying to find out if you were on a odex or deodexed rom, but I am guessing you are on stock. If so go with the ODEX (STOCK) ROMS zip.

Thanks for the help guys! I finally got it done, but man am i glad i had a good backup because the miui rom is not cool at all! I did the smooth ion mod and i really like it. i dont see why anyone would prefer the miui rom over the stock xperia
The Stock Rom with some mods is really cool

[Q] Xperia S boot failed after relock bootloader.

I seriously need professional help from you all. I unlocked my bootloader a month before and I didn't know how to relock it back so I searched and found this website >>androidgadgematic
I followed everything it mentioned and after finished installation, I hold on the boot button, the green light indicator blinked once and vibrated once but after that gave no respond. Now, I really don't know what to do because I searched google but none of them help me. I indeed need a step by step procedure to save my phone. Thank you.

Why don't u try flash tool to flash stock rom on it... Ur green light indicate that ur phone is working there's no hardware failure... It's software issues..
Xperia World
Acro S (Hikari) Stockrom .55 Rooted LB India
jealybean Tab 'n' Grid Theme
New batteryicon statusbar
Theme project "TRON"
Because u relock ur bootloader with a custom kernel installed! Flash ur previous firmwarw through flash tool and don't flash ur data if u wanna keep ur installed app!
