Recently I rooted my phone and I flashed it to CM9.1 - Vision - 3.0 - V4, and it is working perfectly. The issue I am having is that no one can call me, as my phone is hanging up automatically, you get the ringing tone and after that busy tone. I am being able to call other phones only it seems other phones are having trouble reaching me, and i lost a number of important calls.
Help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Peace!!
have you tried reflashing the rom?
And wiping cache, etc. Might need a full wipe

You dont loose data on SD card unless you wipe SD card data , wipe data will take all the date of the phone memory like apps and such
I have run into a similar problem. I wiped everything 3 times, ran Calk's Wipe All 3 times, then flashed the rom twice. Then flashed the extended settings for the notification dropdown. I've updated PRI and PRL. Still not receiving SMS images. Have received probably 10 picture messages in the past 3-4 days and none of them had images, just Subject lines and applicable text.
i wiped cache and dalvik and also data and that done the trick for me, everything seems to be working just fine including the sending of pictures using sms.
thanks for all your help.

Dalvik can be wiped from recovery. Press power button, hit restart and hit recovery. When in recovery goto wipe and its under cache I believe

Thanks. Everything is working now that i wiped the cache and did a factory reset after i installed Synergy. I figured wiping everything before instilling Synergy would of been good enough but i guess i was wrong
my phone has been messing up pretty bad, lately, and i just wonder, if i wiped dalvik, too much, i had it on a set schedule 3x a week, and i just wonder if thats the issue, anyone know if its bad to wipe dalvik too much?
i guess no one knows.. or no ones up... or no one cares =/
I would say no...but also there is no reason to wipe it 3 times a week. You only need to wipe before some flashing (ie kernels, themes) or if your experiencing problems with fc and such(and if you are a fix permissions will help as well) . And if a dalvik wipe doesn't help, your problem is elsewhere. Repeated wipes neither help nor harm your device. What are some of your "problems"?

Some of my apps suddenly started to FC. I haven't changed anything, except switch from Franco to Trinity kernel. I'm on CNA 3.6.0.
I know at least about two of my apps that are problematic: iGag and PowerAmp. No matter how many times I reinstall them, they will just FC when I try to open them up. Clearing cache and dalvik-cache doesn't change anything.
Please help.

Try factory resetting, if fails then it could be a corruption, unstably or missing code from the new kernel you flashed.
Did the issue occurred when you flashed the kernel?

I would also run a "fix permissions" in recovery. Solved the problem I was having on CNA as well. Wipe your cache, and dalvik, and see if that does it.
Re-flash in this order: cna, gapps, trinity kernel. At next reboot, boot to recovery & fix permissions. It's a ramdisk issue..
Before you wipe everything, try clean Dalvik cache first see if it helps

What I suggested above won't wipe anything and will fix it. Cleaning dalvik won't do anything.
Reflashing your ROM will indeed probably fix it.

Not sure what's going on but whenever I install these I'm getting low internal storage warnings. I wipe system, data, cache, dalvik 3x on TWRP. Any Ideas? It's only happening on these 2 roms for some reason.

I ended up fixing it. For some reason just on these roms and the new TWRP i have to wipe factory data right after installing and everything works perfectly
Glad you got it fixed was having the same issue because I didn't listen with one of the steps (go figure) but after a reflash and following that works awesome now.
I am currently running Hyperdrive RLS14, it is running smooth and fast. The only issue I have come across is with the voices services. Google Now and S-Voice keep crashing. I have tried everything my n00b mind can think of. i have redownloaded and check the md5. I have done a complete wipe 3x. I have tried and wiped the dalvick and normal cache. Of course I have rebooted between all the wipes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. As well as wiping the app data. Does anyone have anyother ideas I might be overlooking?
By complete wipe do you mean System, Data, Dalvik Cache, Cache, and Factory Reset ?
Yes I have done all that multiple times and at every possible step.

I just did a search on the Rom thread. Apparently it's a reported issue on the Rom. I would keep an eye on the thread, to see when it's corrected.
