U can use any other launcher which have option for it... Sense 3. 5 rosie doesnt support 3d drawer... So at this time not possble.

No It requires sense 4 frame work. which isn't for our phone.
Best and most compatible armv7 phone that I can port ROMs from? I want to try to expand my porting skills. I looked at different devices like HTC Pico but still unsure. So any suggestions guys?

Sense 4 just won't work on our phone and SGS3 lock screen just use an app on the market.
