Someone of you guys knows a MOD that works or on stock or/and on Minco Rom to have notification power widget (such as in CyanogenMod)?

I'm looking for a way to customize the Jelly Beans lockscreen to replace Google Now (the one on the "up" position on the slide ring) with the Phone app.
I've seen that some custom ROMs have this, but I'd rather not flash a custom ROM, I just want to flash a mod on top of stock 4.1.1.
I did search the forum, but couldn't find one.
Does anybody know of a good way to do this?

If you don't want to flash custom Rom, get this app called widget locker. Which is not only customizable, but also really functional!

Thank you for the tip. I looked into this Widget Locker app, and it seems to be great feature-wise. But according to reviews, it seems to have several issues on Jelly Beans (slow/lags, makes user unlock to take a call, high memory consumtion, among others).
Ideally, I'd like a modded JB lockscreen to flash on top of my stock JB 4.1.1. Since that is already implemented in several custom ROM's, I figured someone might have done a stand-alone lockscreen mod to flash just that.
Is there anyway i can get the stock camera on the aosp jelly bean rom? I feel like the one included in the rom isnt as good, and i think the auto focus is as good either.
And can i get the stock Music Player too? I like the notification bar controls and the lock screen controls that the aosp doesnt have

I recently installed cm10 with Gapps. I cant seem to find the stock jelly bean digital clock widget any ideas on where to get nice clock widgets? Also stock samsung s3 has swiping type movement you could do on the keyboard i could not find where to enable this on cm10? also what widgets are you guys using to display your full calendar? and is there any way on the drawer when you swipe down from the top that you can add more options instead of the 4 already there?

By great EVILISTO here comes another mod for those who wants the old style 4.1 loackscreen instead of the new one.

This mod won't disable lockscreen widget feature itself. just remove default camera widget only and change GlowPadView to 3 targets like 4.1 JB.
If you want to remove lockscreen widget feature, use Lockscreen Policy app instead.

Edit: Compared my GNex using this 4.1 MOD to my Nexus 4 using 4.2 lockscreen and camera actually loads faster with this 4.1 MOD.
i think i broke the network location, can you please test it for me? open google now and see if it pops up the weather.
Google Now does not work even though location settings is enabled. Same status on both the galaxy nexus and nexus 4.
We all realize that 4.2.1 is not stable and ready (although it flies on my Note 2) as of right now.
However I'm requesting that a good, kind soul will start to work on a Lockscreen Widgets Mod that will enable adding any widget in our lockscreen. Currently we can add only 4-5 built-in widgets.
