is there any different between V6 supercharger for stock and for ICS? or we can use the same file for both? is there any different when choosing any option for stock and ics?

If you are using stock ROM, you can choose any file of V6. If you are using CM9 ICS, you have to use V6 RC10 or RC11... About the way how to use that, it is a little different coz u have to patch the "service.jar" file from framework folder in system.

Adrenaline Installation:
Delete all others script you have installed in "/system/etc/init.d"
Do I have to delete ALL files inside init.d? I might delete important files.. Sorry for the noob question..

Don't worry delete them- adrenaline will replace them with newer optimised scripts! I've done it on jbv3 and no problems whatsoever!
