Is there a way to install it. Like from icecoldsandwich.

No. The ability to use Theme Chooser is built into the framework of CM and AOKP (IceColdSandwich). existz's aospX is a pure AOSP ROM so it won't work.

My way is to extract the theme (apk file) directly from the rom. Then copy and paste to the new rom (with permission fixed) for use.

Is there a Sense theme for the S2? One that can be installed and used with the theme chooser? Or a good one to use with Apex?
