Need stock ROM .tar file for Odin flash - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

Hey guys,
I managed to soft brick my device by flashing all sorts of crap today.
I am able to get into download mode and Odin recognizes the phone. I have been trying to get my hands on the stock factory ROM in Odin flashable format but haven't had any luck. All the links I have found around here are either broken or are taking so long they are timing out.
If anyone has a working link to the stock ROM that I can flash through Odin I would be very grateful.
Thanks!

Do you have stock recovery? I had same problem before lol.
I will try to seaech my old thread.

No, I was on TWRP Recovery. I flashed from CM10 to the new JB Touchwiz leak after performing a full wipe, which went fine. but then i decided to flash the nav bar mod and a theme just to see how far I could push it. Clearly the limit was hit.
Thanks for this. Flashing now.

Strange, after flashing the stock boot image in Odin (which went successfully) I cannot seem to get the phone to boot past the Samsung logo. I also can't boot into recovery (volume up + volume down + power) is not working.
Any ideas?

Boot into recovery (you're doing it wrong) and do a factory reset
Volume up + Home button + power until the screen comes on, then quickly release and you'll be in recovery. Then factory reset, you'll be good to go

If you still want stock:
Download T999UVALH2: http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/?page=3&model=SGH-T999&pcode=TMB&os=1&type=1#firmware
Flash it through Odin.

Whoops. You were correct. And that solved the problem.

Phone stuck or bricked?!

I recently flashed calkulin rom 292 now this is were my phone screens only goto. Please help I also included pictures.
That doesn't look bricked. Bricked would be if you had nothing show up on the screen. If you try to go to boot loader can you? It should be power + vol down or power + vol up as u start up.
Go into recovery and wipe data then phone should boot also cache and delvik cache

Power + vol down should be recovery right cause if so it no longer goes there just to the Odin screen an say downloading

Power + volume up is recovery power + volume down is download mode. You are definitely not bricked though. If for some reason you cannot get into recovery just flash back to stock through odin.
Been there done that. Download a stock romm or the one click and instal with Odin.
You aren't bricked.
Good luck
If you cannot get into recovery just follow this video and you should be good to go. Make SURE and follow all instructions to a T or I cannot help you with any problems you may have.

Phone won't boot coming from cm9

Just as stated in title. Phone won't boot after flashing back to stock rooted through odin. It just hangs at sansung logo. I don't know what I could've done wrong.
In clockworkmod do a wipe/factory reset after you instal CM9.
That should fix your problem.
Cheers
But he doesn't have CWMR..he went back to stock. I suggest reflashing stock in Odin.
Read something about flashing stock kernel.

you need to go into 3e recovery by holding power up+home button and power until the phone vibrates release power button and then go to factory reset and your phone should boot up. Happened to me once thats how i fixed it.
I had the same problem but coming from AOKP to stock. Make sure your on stock kernel. Thats why I was hanging at Samsung screen.

[Q] Is it possible to unbrick my I747?

I soft bricked my SGH-I747 on 4.4.2 and I couldn't find a solution anywhere. If anyone could help me out by either linking me somewhere or providing detailed instructions on how to fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.
how to unbrick
If your phone is softbricked, the recovery will still most likely be working. While the phone is off, hold power, volume up and home button to go to recovery. From there wipe system data and cache, and restore your latest backup.

I can't enter recovery; I'm stuck in odin mode so I guess I'm not soft bricked? I'm not sure
If you are stuck in download mode, try holding the power button until it turns off, then try going to recovery. If that doesnt work, just flash a stock image for the i747 and start from square one.
You could flash a custom recovery such as Philz Touch via Odin, boot into recovery, and flash a custom ROM.

That's where I'm stuck. I don't know what stock image to use/can't find one that works
There isnt one for 4.4.2. Youll have to flash a custom recovery with odin and then a rom from recovery. If you want stock 4.4.2, enewman17 has it in the development section. Doing this will void your warranty if you still have one.

Phone bricked?

I tried going back to stock so that I can do the OTA update to go 5.0. I flashed the Odin tar file and now I am getting a boot loop, it goes to the yellow screen where it says Sprint Spark and it loops there. I can still enter download mode with Down+Home+PWR. Booting to recovery doesn't work with Up+Home+PWR. Tried odin a few more times with NIE and NK2.
Anyone have any ideas before I heard to Sprint tomorrow?
I believe this may be a simple fix if I was able to go to the stock recovery using UP + home + power and clear out the cache. but from day one that stock recovery never worked. Is there any way to clear out cache inside of the Odin?

Go back into the stock recovery and select factory reset. Should reboot (and take a while at the spark screen), then boot right up.

Thank you for trying to help.
The problem is, it wont let me enter the stock recovery. I've always entered recovery through software. (yes I know, should have done an exchange when I got the phone)
When I first got the phone the up button was sticking it was hard to increase the volume. Over time I pressed it many times and the volume up key started working again. But the only thing that never worked was going into recovery from a cold boot.
Brought it into sprint today, they were able to reflash the firmware for free. I was ready to pay $200 TEP.
I think if you would have flashed trwp recovery you could have factory reset in there and it would boot.

T805 bad flash in Odin and no recovery with button combo

Hi everyone, some help is needed. Mistakenly when rooting my stock T805 with CF autoroot, tired and sleepy, I flashed it in Odin in BL (bootloader) and not in AP box as I should. Soft bricked it, couldn't go back to stock, somehow managed to install recovery, from there to some AOSP rom and finally to Xtrolite (which is great) .Anyhow, all is working now, EXCEPT, i still cannot flash stock rom in Odin, seems i destroyed bootloader but then again, I flashed stock bootloader-only file, i got recovery, any rom etc. Help is needed what to do??
Also, is this normal that VOL UP+ POWER+ HOME wont enter recovery?? I remember this when i bought it, with knox 0x0 and now also, with TWRP, i have to use an app to reboot to recovery?! weird...
Cheers!
If you had trashed the bootloader you wouldn't even have a bootable device, it would be bricked.
Not getting into recovery is purely pilot error.
You need to give more details regarding flashing the stock rom, screen shots etc.
Part of the problem was that i couldn't enter recovery with button combo but needed to have working rom with special app or 4 way reboot mod. When flashing stock rom (either 4.4.2 or 5.0) at the end of the proccess it says: FAIL (red).

You need to post a screen shot of the flash process in Odin.
I'll reiterate, regarding entering recovery mode is 99% of times user error.
From power off hold POWER + HOME + VOL UP until recovery boots.

Tnx. Finally managed to find some time and clear this one out. It was LP bootloader issue, appareantly you can go back only to some 4.4.2 bootloaders/roms and some not.
I got another brain puzzling issue with my Nexus 10, please share some insight....http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-10/help/nexus-10-half-to-bricked-t3210005
